Clean room with incredible city views. Central hotel and the staff were excellent. We would definitely come back, we slept really well!

This hotel is overall satisfactory . I love the refrigerator in the room. It’s very convenient. The terrace bar is overpriced, but the view is good. However, they charge quite a lot for luggage storage after checkout.

4 people family room- Extremely small room but guess that’s New York. There is no space to open luggage or move. Good staff and attentive.

The hotel is in the heart of Manhattan, really close to a subway station, which is super important for getting around quickly. They have a restaurant too, which is handy for breakfast. And after you check out, they even offer a free luggage storage service. A pleasant stay overall.

Location was good. The room was small. It was too noisy. The noise came from both inside A/C and outside of the street. The room can’t block any noise from outside. I couldn’t get good sleep for three days.

The location is absolutely superb, incredibly convenient, truly in the heart of New York City. However, the only minor issue was that the soundproofing wasn't great. On the bright side, there are plenty of dining options nearby, and getting to the subway station is also incredibly easy on foot. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel's location is great, close to Penn Station, but everything else is pretty mediocre. Even after specifically asking for housekeeping, our room wasn't cleaned, which is really disappointing for the price.

I paid USD 200 as a deposit. After checkout, USD 42.20 was charged without any prior notice. I called the hotel to confirm, and I was told that this amount had already been included in the payment made via Trip.com and that it would be refunded. However, it has now been one week since checkout, and the refund has not been processed as of today…

Cleanliness: Very good, spotless. Convenient location. The room is standard New York style – small and minimalist, but clean. Service is also good, and they offer breakfast and a rooftop bar. Definitely worth staying! Great for city transportation.

This place was fantastic. The rooms are cozy, which is totally normal for New York City, but the location is unbeatable. Everything is central, easy to walk to, and simple to reach by train. The room was spotless and had everything I needed, and the view of the Empire State Building felt like a movie scene, better than any artwork on the walls. The real highlight was the staff. Easily the friendliest and most professional team I have encountered in the United States. Huge kudos to Tanika and Violet at the front desk for making me feel like family away from home. Absolute keepers. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.
