The hotel has great location, old furniture, shower and they didn’t give me high floor room. The elevators are slow and need to wait forever to catch one. The photos from the hotel don’t match with the reality, in reality everything is super old, reception is bad and I don’t understand in what reality this hotel has 4 stars. I’ll come back to New York but will choose another hotel in the same location.

I've stayed here for one night during thanksgiving before I left for DC. The room was not small, but the facilities were quite old. The lifts were too small & slow. The price was reasonable and the reception was very friendly. Overall not bad.

I had a good time with The Shelburne Hotel! The people who worked there were all very friendly and immediately helped with any questions. I always received good support in other matters as well. The hotel's location is very good.

Really great hotel. The service was OUTSTANDING!! They gave great recommendations, recognized us when we walked in every day. Wonderful! We had the one bedroom and it was huge! Too big for what we needed but it was nice. The room is starting to show its age with wear and tear on furniture but I’d still recommend the hotel. Great location to walk to all the top attractions in Manhattan.

I really liked the stay. The location is very good for the price, and every staff at the hotel was very friendly. The room was decently spacious. Overall, this hotel is a very good value if you need to stay in/around this location.

The room which was assigned had issue with the AC unit. When the AC was turned on, there was loud ticking noise

The room quality is excellent and the space is large. The hotel's surroundings are also very good. I feel very good. The waiters are generally very polite.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The location was incredibly convenient and the environment was quiet. There were supermarkets, Chinese restaurants, Japanese restaurants, and more nearby. I was very satisfied with my choice. It was the same price as a hotel I stayed at in Times Square before, but much more comfortable.
