Very good location. Clean room. Good gym equipment. Staff is friendly and helpful. Drinks at their bar (Night Owl) are excellent.

Generally it is great but there is construction when we were there and it’s close to the main road so you can hear a lot of fire trucks sirens or police sirens… the bed is comfortable and they replenish amenities and water is great. I didn’t like how the porter who helped us to put our luggage in and demanded us for tips and he waited and didn’t want to close our car door until we said we didn’t have cash with us. How rude it is but overall still a good stay. Take note there is additional taxes and fees that could go up to another $50 per night. Something I didn’t account into.

Great location, walking distance from penn station and port authority. Conveniently located in the middle of manhattan, walking distance to the vessel, times square, central park. It was an awesome stay!

Strategic location to Times Square, 5th Street and many more. Nice services from staff who allowed us to store our luggage prior to our check-in. There are lots of Korean food surrounding it. Macy’s, H&M, broadway station is just nearby.

The hotel is in an excellent location, a block away Penn Station. All the services were good except the bellman service. There were quite a few just standing around the lobby, but offered little service. A few even had a terrible attitude. And when we were leaving with our suitcases and struggling to open the door, the guy was just standing there watching us, no interest in offering any assistance. The lobby was noisy and crowded most of the time. For the rate they are charging, I would expect better services. I think even a category 1 Hyatt would offer much better services.

Hotel was ok, but there are much better options in nyc for that price range. Resort fee is excessive at around 45bucks a night

The location was really good and the cleanliness of the room was acceptable. However it was relatively small, also I was kind of upset with the attitude of the staffs at lobby.

The Martinique was my first stop in New York. As a solo traveller I was comforted to find out that it was slap bang in the middle of all the attractions I had planned to see. I could walk to Times Square very easily and in the other direction to Chelsea. I probably wouldn’t get the breakfast if I stayed again (it was delicious especially the fruit and yoghurt). There was a charge at the desk when I arrived and I could have used this balance for a breakfast and other snacks instead of paying additional money for a breakfast included in the price of my room. Overall, a lovely place to stay. Great that there was a coffee shop in the foyer to set me up for a day of exploring!
