Upon check-in, we were upgraded to a larger room, which I believe was a converted business suite. It had two 1.5-meter beds plus a bunk bed, enough to sleep 5-6 people, making it perfect for a large family. The room also came with complimentary snacks, bottled water, and capsule coffee.

The hotel listing was quite misleading. The actual room was much smaller than advertised, and there was no bathtub or microwave, which were shown on the description page. However, the location is excellent – it's very close to Times Square, and the subway station is just a 2-minute walk away, making transportation very convenient.

this has to be the worse service I have ever encountered at a hotel, the entire hotel staff seems to enjoy scamming people and being of no service, I was charged for taxes I had already paid in advance and their response was, pay or leave, no intention at all to figure out a solution, nor flexibility, just rude attitude and uselessness. I hope you dont have to end up in this shithole

The property is clean, good location and friend staff. Room is spacious and clean.

Times Square and Broadway were both within walking distance! We stayed for several nights, and they, of course, changed our towels daily. It was a fun stay, even with five of us in the room.

The location was great ! However room was below my expectation, you could hear the gym noise all the time, running on treadmill and the weights being dropped all night ! The aircon was so noisy all night, it was like you were on a plane the whole night.

The room was not clean. We told the hotel desk and they act like they didn’t care.

The location is great for exhibitor, just a walking distance to the Javits Convention Center and other places nearby. The room is clean and comfortable.

The advertisement says microwave in room, but it is not. They have common one in the breakfast area. Shampoo, shower gel in bottle form, very small bottle for a room for 5pax. And they only give one bottle of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion. The room is at USD580/nite and yet… room floor is not carperted (very cold) and also dirty. They must have not mopped it for a while.

After checking in, we headed to our room only to find we were given the wrong room. We booked a 2 queen and sofa bed for 5 people. I headed downstairs to be told that I booked that room. I pulled out my verification to show them I clearly had confirmation for the premium room to accommodate 5 people. They would not even look at my confirmation. They told me the room booking they were sent said 3 adults and 2 queen beds. I asked to see it but they would not allow me. They said it was against their policy to show me the reservation on their computer. They said they were sold out and I was welcome to go somewhere else. Of course, no one had any available rooms. They offered us a cot at a charge of course! Very rude and not accommodating. I will not recommend Tryp by Wyndham.

Underwhelming for the price.

Location of this hotel is excellent, it's very close to Times Square, Madison Garden and the train station. Room was clean, the wallpaper behind the bed was peeling but the rest of the room and bathroom were great. Our AC unit was not working when we first checked in and we did have some difficulty getting someone to fix it. Once we were able to get someone to our room the gentleman fixed it super quickly. They also offer in room dining which is nothing fancy but came to our room very fast. This hotel also offered number of amenities such as an on-site bar and gym but we were not there long enough to explore. I would stay here again if ever in the area.
