Room was not very clean, hair was found on the pillow and sink upon arrival. Location is great for walking around places of interest, restaurants or taking the public transport. There’s a nice bagel shop round the corner of 8th Ave, W 24th St which is awesome. View from the room was good too!

The room is very clean. Because we live on a high floor, the scenery is also great.

It was a nice hotel with great great view! I love this hotel, the neighborhood was perfect as well. Recommend people who wants a compact room with good location. I had to check out early so it was kind of sad but still enjoyed it :)

This hotel was in a great location for things like exploring the Chelsea neighbourhood and visiting the Moma art gallery! I really liked the vibe as there was a terrace outside that always had people sitting chatting, dining and having a low key good time. There were also lots of nice restaurants in the area! The room was lovely too!

The best location in Chelsea! Very close to the Penn station and I love all the stores near the hotel. Staffs are very friendly too.

Very stylish new modern hotel, great rooms with gorgeous floor to ceiling windows and very trendy restaurant and bar downstairs. Will definitely stay here again!

The room is a little small but I think it’s alright. I really loved how they managed to let us check in early after we let them know the estimated time of arrival. The service was overall alright. One sad thing was that they were not able to provide bottles of water but at least they had a bottle refill station. The location was the star of this hotel everywhere was pretty much walking distance. I really loved it.
