Very nice, upscale hotel. Good customer service, large and clean room. Great food at Temple Court. Only fault would be breakfast took a while to be served and I was the only one in the restaurant. But an overall Solid experience all around and I would definitely stay again.

The Wall Street Hotel will treat you with their quality staff (from reception to Lobby Bar) and their exquisite taste in decor and design. They have earned their 5 Stars, from luxurious rooms (beds are super comfy) to delicious dining (best oysters I’ve ever had!) Great location to stroll the charm and history of lower Manhattan. Would stay here again and would love to stay longer!

If you are looking for a wonderful stay in Manhattan, look no further than 11 Howard. I just finished my third stay here over the past six months and I have found my new home away from home in NYC. Once I walk into that beautiful yet quaint boutique lobby, check-in agents are ready to greet, friendly and hospitable. All of the staff make it evident that they are available for anything you might need during your stay. I even love the aroma of the hotel, which puts me into total relaxation and is an amazing escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The common areas are extremely clean and well-maintained, and yet so quiet too! The rooms I have stayed in are spectacular and extremely clean, with the amazingly comfortable beds, blackout curtains and my absolute favorite spa shower. It's almost crazy how quiet the rooms are, given the prime downtown location. The hotel is so close to NYC's best restaurants, nightlife and shopping, and conveniently located near all subway lines if you need to travel to any part of the city. If you need a hotel in NYC, look no further!

Many friends and family asked me why we always stay at the same hotel in Tribeca. My answer is that nothing would compare to The Four Seasons. From the moment that you enter to the point of leaving, your needs are always met and you feel so pampered. Both the guest rooms and the suites are wonderful but it is the small touches: electronic pad in the room so as to ask questions and request whatever is needed; the staff is always so sweet and helpful; the rooms are beautiful and clean. I cannot find any fault and I highly recommend this hotel. It may feel smaller in size, but offers everything that is needed

14 firefighters from Scotland all agreed it was fantastic! We stayed for 4 nights and found the hotel clean, in an ideal location and the staff were so helpful. The rooms had a large fridge, microwave and coffee machine! Thry even gave us a wee goody bag with water and crisps when we checked in. A couple of the guys used the gym and said it was small but ideal. It's close to the subway but I walked everywhere, sometimes on my own at night and never had any hassle. There's free tea and coffee in the foyer and big praise for the 99c pizza shop next door. We would definitely stay here again.

Was an amazing experience at the hotel! Very convenient, accessible to the metro entrance with several metro lines to Manhattan and the JFK airport. The food market where one can find various delicious food, fresh fruits etc.is about 6mins walking distance. Restaurants, department store are within walking distance as well. Plus, If you are a Chinese food lover, the restaurant 'Xi Fu' that is about 1min walk from the hotel would be highly recommended to go for. The counter staff were extremely helpful and polite. Special thanks to Anastasia who assisted and allocated a nice and quiet room with everything I needed as a solo traveller. Price was reasonable considering the location. Definitely would be happy to return if re-visiting New York!

I booked the Fairfield Inn for a last minute stay in Chinatown and the room is awesome! The room is very clean and tidy and of decent size. There's plenty of room to lay your luggage and personal belongings down and still have room to walk around. There is also an iron and coffee maker so you can stay in and get comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants and nightlife steps away from the hotel. There is also a Chinese supermarket if you need to purchase snacks and goodies to munch on. I highly recommend this hotel for all it has to offer in Manhattan!

It's nice to go on a vacation where you're taken care of. The attention to detail in the room is mind-blowing, from the custom high-end speakers that offer an in-room dance party (if desired) to a climate-controlled room for those frosty NYC nights to the heavenly bed that offers a welcome respite after a hard day of museum-going. The view (pictured below) from our room made me feel like I was in the center of Manhattan (without the cacophonous cab sounds). And if you're tired after the day, please, do yourself a favor and order from their in-house restaurant. The burger is one of the best I've ever tried. And despite the complex supply chain for getting quality oysters into NYC, I was impressed. The staff is warm, friendly, and only a call away. Would stay again. 10/10

The hotel is not very up-to-date. However, the room was clean and accommodating. The staff was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived (super early before check-in), until the time we left, I felt like I was more than just a room number to them. When I asked for a towel swap, they had a staff member at my door in under 15 minutes and even offered to empty the trash. On our second morning, the server/manager in the breakfast area already knew my order, and being served waffles at the table was a super nice tough

Hotel location is a problem for getting a cab because its on a complicated junction and taxis won't stop there. We had problems hailing a cab back to the airport. Walking distance to Wall Street and main areas of Manhatten so very convenient. Hotel check in was amazing, super efficient, as was checkout. They don't serve food but they have an order/ delivery agreement with a nearby restaurant and we had a great breakfast delivered to us. Rooftop bar has great views and well worth visiting. Room was very comfortable, clean, had everything we needed. Would definitely consider staying again if visiting Chinatown area.

I have lived in NYC 20 years, and occasionally, we like to play tourist in our own city. My husband and I decided to stay a night at the Moxy LES in celebration of my 40th birthday. I even talked another couple who were celebrating with us into getting a room too. I chose this location as I saw the beautiful roof bar advertised and thought it’d be fun to start our night with a cocktail on the roof with a few friends before setting out to my main celebration elsewhere. Having stayed at several other similar hotels in town like Sixty LES, I never had an issue grabbing a cocktail at the rooftop bar. This was not the case here. I arrived with a group of 7 to head to the Highlight Room at around 7pm (wayyy before the nightlife rush!), and was told I had “priority” as a guest of the hotel, but first I had to commit to spending $350 for us to come up. Don’t advertise your bars as an amenity of the hotel if they are not freely accessible to guests. What if my friends just wanted a nice lemonade and to check out the view?? I guess they’re not welcome or that’s a lot of lemonade we’d have to buy! Just to note: Loosie’s, the club in the basement of the hotel with the “no-attitude dancefloor” — to quote the hotel website — is notoriously snooty at the door, and guests of the hotel are not prioritized for entry there either. We had other plans that night so didn’t even bother, but word to the wise. As for the room: Yes, they’re small. Expected in NYC, and was fine for us since we were only staying 1 night, but I would not want to stay here longer than a couple days. There is no real closet. Just a few hangers on a bar on the wall (some under the television!) so your clothes kind of have to hang flat against the wall. There are cubbies under the bed for storage. Not ideal in such a tight space. I stubbed my toe on them more than once. Maybe I’m clumsy or maybe it’s just a bad design! The light situation is super weird. I don’t know if our lighting was accidentally installed incorrectly, but in order to turn the bathroom light on, you had to have the main room light on. The main room light could be turned on separately. So basically, if you needed to go in the middle of the night, you either had to pee in the dark or turn on the lights of the whole room while your partner is sleeping! (Possible we didn’t see another light switch somewhere but I’m pretty sure the only switches were 2 by the door.) Toiletries: The shower had 2 pump bottles (sustainable. I respect that!) — but one was filled with a shampoo/body wash combo — and the other conditioner. I would expect something a bit more luxe even for a 4 star hotel — and certainly a separate shampoo and body wash! There was no lotion, which is usually standard in even the Holiday Inn. There was one small bar of soap for hand washing. No places to hang towels. I had to throw mine over the top of the shower door. Towels were pretty scratchy too. They do have a steamer and hair dryer. Bless! There was no fridge

Clean and all essential amenities included. I arrived early morning from airport and received by a courteous young man. He kept my luggage so I can enjoy a Brooklyn food tour. I freshened up at a basement toilet and got some hot water at basement pantry. Unfortunately I got a twin room facing the Manhattan Bridge. The hotel double panel the only window but I could still hear the vibration of the subway throughout the night. I was worried about safety at night but luckily too jet lag to want to plan late night outings. I do hear loud shouting outside my window after 2am. The hotel is situated at Main Street, so I do think a safer choice in Chinatown.
