"I've stayed here on my last two trips to Hong Kong. They used to be on the upper floors, but now the male and female dorms are separated. The location, environment, and service are all top-notch. It's right next to the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station, surrounded by tons of great food, and in the heart of the Yau Tsim Mong area. The lovely owner is incredibly welcoming. This year, I brought my child, and she was so thoughtful and helped me look after them, which I really appreciated!"

"You get what you pay for, I guess, especially in Hong Kong. The location was good, quite central, but overall the stay felt a bit odd (though I think that had more to do with my roommates than the hostel itself). Cleanliness was average, but again, I think that was mostly due to my roommates. I shared one shower and one toilet with the people in my room. And I’m not sure how often the facilities were cleaned, but every morning someone came by to empty the bin and restock toilet paper, so I trust the hostel itself maintaines it regularly. I stayed for 2 nights, and honestly most of the strange experiences came from my roommates. There was a lot of noise in the middle of the night, and I don’t mean just snoring, just weird noices (sometimes loud), which made sleeping difficult. I woke up several times because of it. Another example: I bought some food from the store, but someone took it without asking, which felt really weird. I don’t mind sharing, but I do appreciate being asked first. These are just a few examples; in those couple of days I experienced even stranger things. However, that’s not really the hostel’s fault, as every guest is different. The location itself was a bit hard to find, since there were no clear signs outside. Eventually I found it, and check-in went smoothly. The staff was helpful :). One last note: there is no common area, so just something to be aware of, whether that matters depends on your personal preference. On the positive side, you can do your laundry for free, which was super nice and convenient!"

"I stayed at the first room. The location is next to the cruise terminal. The accommodation provides a shuttle bus to and from Kai Tak MTR Station Exit A, but there are no bus stop signs. It would be helpful to have a simple walking map showing how to walk from the MTR station to the bus stop. If you miss the shuttle bus, you can also take Citybus 22D or 22M across the street for a fee. The room didn't have a refrigerator or hairdryer, but it was fairly clean. Soundproofing was average during the day, but very quiet at night. The reception staff were friendly and responsive. Other staff were also very nice, especially the male maintenance staff. The security guards and housekeeping staff were also very friendly. The grounds are large, and only parts are fenced off, allowing outsiders to easily enter and even occupy facilities like the basketball court, affecting guests' use. Security needs to be strengthened, and more staff should patrol and check if guests are staying at the hostel. Hopefully, the hostel can manage this aspect better. The room is of hostel-level quality, so overall I was satisfied and would stay again if given the chance."

"I think it’s the most value for money place to stay. First, let’s talk about convenience. Its location is less than a minute walk away from TST MTR. There are many souvenir shops around. You have popular pastry places like hashtag B, bakehouse, Moropain around the corner. If you want real food, master congee, Lin Heung Lao (dimsum) red tea (pineapple bun) are just downstairs. Next, let’s talk about service. I’m very impressed with the room and front desk service. They keep the rooms extremely clean and tidy. And the front desk staff are polite and helpful. They provide timely morning calls too. Will come back here again to stay."

"Privacy nightmare! The biggest issue was with our initial room. From two different corners of the adjacent building, other guests had a direct view into our entire room, specifically the bed and the bathtub. We felt constantly exposed. The staff did relocate us, which we appreciated, but we were shocked to see they immediately put another couple in that same room, knowing the privacy issue was unresolved. The shower in both rooms did not seal, causing water to leak all over the bathroom floor every time we showered. We notified the staff, but the issue was not fixed. The toilet area provided no actual privacy if you travel with family. The adaptor provided did not fit into the wall plug."

"Hygiene: The room was cleaned promptly and was very tidy. The staff were excellent. Environment: Quite good. Service: Polite. Facilities: Comprehensive. If the hotel's price is acceptable, staying here is very convenient for transportation. Nearby, you can find chain restaurants like McDonald's and 大家乐 (Cafe de Coral), as well as Singaporean and local Hong Kong eateries. There's also the Central Market. You can also explore the Antique Street and visit the Man Mo Temple nearby."

"The hotel is near the train stations, and it is easy to navigate. Very accessible for commuters. The room is clean, and we had a pleasant stay while resting. We have to check in beyond front desk hours due to the late flight schedule, but the host is very responsive in the message. Check-in was smooth due to clear instructions."

"Environment: A very convenient location in a commercial area, right next to Exit C2 in Tsim Sha Tsui. Walk a few steps forward to the top floor of the Garfield Building on the left, take the elevator to the 15th floor, and then the stairs to the 17th floor. It's a fully self-service accommodation experience. The open-air balcony in the common area offers a direct view of K11. Cleanliness: Daily cleaning service; the room and bedding are very clean. Facilities: The space isn't large, but it's acceptable for business travelers who leave early and return late, unless you're very tall or strong. I liked the row of windows in this room type; they provide ventilation and the view extends the feeling of spaciousness. The air conditioning is quiet, and there's plenty of water. During my 4 days and 3 nights in the crisp autumn air, I hardly needed to use the air conditioning and slept with the natural breeze. The owner is generous, providing many disposable supplies in the common areas for guests: toothbrushes, towels, earplugs, toilet paper, garbage bags, chopsticks, and sewing kit; there's also a water dispenser, so you don't have to worry about running out of water. Service: Any questions can be answered via WeChat, and the owner responds quickly. Overall, it offers good value for money and is suitable for budget travelers. This time, a male guest was shouting loudly in the middle of the night. This is due to the guest's own behavior, and the owner has difficulty controlling it. It is recommended that all rooms be converted to double or triple rooms, thus increasing the total room rate and maintaining overall safety and quality."

"The hotel is located in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, just one subway stop from the West Kowloon High-Speed ​​Railway Station. The subway entrance is just across the street from the building, and a 30-meter walk takes you to the bus service that goes directly to the airport and Macau via the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge. It's very convenient. After checking out in the morning, you can leave your luggage and continue exploring the surrounding area."
