"그룹에서 4개의 호텔을. 운영하고 그중에서 가성비가 제일 좋은거 같아요 관리가 잘 되있어 특별히 불편없이 잘 쉬었어요 고층이라서 ? 수압이 조금 약합니다 샤워부스가 넓고 문밖으로 물이 새어나오지 않게 설게 된것이 좋네요 데스크에 24시간 냉정고 개방됐고 음료 과일 케익을 먹을수 있어요 중국의 호텔 서비스는 나날이 발전하는거 같아서 중국 여행이 즐거워요"

"Holiday Inn at CBD is newly opened in Jan 2026. Hence room is new and spacious. Amenities is adequate for a comfortable stay. Bedding is comfortable ans they provide some pillow options for guest. Hotel also provide free laundry facilities for guests use. Restaurants are new and seems a bit under staffed. We had dinner once and staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is not top ideal as it is not close to any metro station but location is central for taxi ride to all the attractions. Overall, we have a very comfortable and restful stay."

"Great service: understand that it's more difficult for the staffs to communicate in English, but they are all super helpful and didn't hesitate to offer help to a foreign tourist like us. Superb location: at the old town, 3-mins walk to the metro. Good room: the room is generally clean, but I found few lints floating in the air. It would be great to equip the room with a fridge and a safe also. Note that the room is not sound-insulated, I can hear (construction) noise from the upper floor. Toilet: should have an automatic bidet shower, or at least a handheld bidet."

"青島九十元的驚喜：最治癒的一場旅途相遇 來青島的這段日子，剛好撞上最火爆的旅遊旺季。 全城酒店價格暴漲，動輒幾百上千，讓人忍不住感慨，旺季出行，想找一間性價比高又舒心的住處，實在太難了。抱着隨便碰碰運氣的心態，我在攜程隨手翻找，無意間看到了這家評分4.9的青旅。 超高的滿分好評，加上乾淨新穎的實拍畫面，讓我抱着試一試的心態訂了下來。萬萬沒有想到，這趟臨時的選擇，成了我這次青島之旅最大的驚喜。 見過太多衹為盈利的民宿、旅店，功利感滿滿，敷衍又潦草。但這家青旅的老闆，完全不一樣。他經營這裏，從來不是為了單純賺錢，而是源於心底真正的熱愛。 這份純粹的熱愛，藏在店裡的每一個細節裏。 最讓我意外的是性價比。這裏一個床位僅僅八九十元，卻吊打很多三四百塊的連鎖酒店。觸感軟糯舒適的高品質床品，平整乾淨，躺上去温柔又治癒，瞬間消解旅途所有的疲憊。 老闆的用心，體現在每一處人性化的設計。 每一張床位都搭配了帶鎖的儲物櫃，貴重物品可以安心存放，櫃子下方還預留了寬敞空間，專門用來放置行李箱，整潔又方便。床頭貼心設計了小置物桌、掛衣架，還有貼合床鋪的護眼壁燈，兼顧了獨處的便利與舒適。 最貼心的是改良的爬梯。普通青旅的上下鋪梯子生硬硌腳，上下極其不便，而這裏改成了平緩的階梯式設計，穩妥又舒服，徹底告別了攀爬的狼狽，細節裏全是温柔。 瞭解後才知道，老闆主業做服裝，還極度熱愛音樂。於是他把大廳精心打造成了氛圍感滿滿的休閑空間，夜晚像温柔的清吧，沒有喧囂吵鬧，衹有鬆弛的氛圍。來自五湖四海的旅人聚在這裏閑談、聽歌，陌生的彼此慢慢熟絡，沒有半點疏離感，温暖得像一個臨時的大家庭。 住在這裏的時候，我不由得回想起十幾年前在西藏住青旅的時光。那時候和各路驢友朝夕相伴，大家相處簡單純粹，沒有算計，不用設防，衹有旅人之間最坦盪的歡喜。沒想到在青島湛山寺的下邊，還能遇到這樣一份靜心之處，實在是鬧中取靜的意外之喜。在繁華的青島，還能邂逅這樣一方純粹温柔的小天地，對我而言，這簡直是一份難得的禮物。 整家店一塵不染，乾淨通透，身處其中衹覺得心曠神怡，如沐春風。 更讓人覺得温暖的是老闆的大方與真誠。每一位入住的客人，都能免費領取一杯咖啡或者啤酒。店裡配備了青島先進的智能機器人咖啡，各式咖啡品類齊全，口感細膩香醇，不用額外消費，就能享受精緻的飲品體驗。 短短几天，吃、住、休閑、交友，在這裏全部都能實現。 我一直覺得，旅行的意義，從來不是走馬觀花的打卡，而是遇見温柔、收穫好心情。在物價飛漲的旅遊旺季，能用九十元左右的價格，收穫一份乾淨、安心、温暖的旅途居所，邂逅真誠有趣的陌生人，是這場旅途最珍貴的饋贈。 好的住處，能治癒一整段旅程。 真心推薦每一個來青島旅行的人，不妨選擇這裏。用心出發，用心旅行，在陌生的城市，以真心遇見真心，結識摯友，不負風光，不負時光。"

"We stayed at the hotel on 18 Aug and then again from 25 to 28 Aug. The hotel is relatively new. We had no issue with the stay until we checked out. As we need to rush for the train station, we requested for packed breakfast during check-in and was assured it would be ready for collection during our check-out. The front desk staff was totally ignorant and apparently unaware of the arrangement. What infuriated us was that she asked us about who we made the request to, our room number (even though we had handed her our room cards!) etc. instead of verifying the request via the hotel system. We did insist and get our breakfast packed at the cafe. While this was an unpleasant experience, we decided to stick to our original plan to stay at the hotel when we returned to Qingdao. Then again, we encountered another major hiccup. While I was showering, I realised there was no shampoo in the shower room, instead handwash and hair conditioner were in place. Apparently shampoo bottle was at the basin outside! We were not able to make the switch as the bottles in the shower room were locked. The hotel management took immediate action to rectify after my feedback. The hotel director came personally to apologise after all the issues was escalated to her. The housekeeping staff was apologetic and brought fruit and snacks to us. Overall I do feel the hotel staff made genuine attempts to resolve issues and ensure quality stay by the guests."

"Жили здесь достаточно долго и остались довольны. В номерах чисто, хорошо убирают, сотрудники вежливые и отзывчивые. Очень понравился дизайн отеля: всё оформлено современно и с вниманием к деталям, у бренда действительно получилась приятная атмосфера Завтрак тоже понравился — есть из чего выбрать и китайские, и более привычные варианты. Правда, часть блюд не всегда была выставлена на общей линии, но это небольшой минус. В остальном отличный вариант для проживания в Циндао"
