"Beyond expectation for such a budget price. The twin room is spacious and the beds are so comfy. Check in is possible even at late night. The only complaints are the bad sound insulation which makes the rooms facing the street unbearable without ear plugs. Also, all noise from the connecting door can be heard. The daily cleaning should improve some details such as cleaning the saucers which were dirty after our first day but were not cleaned until the fourth night. The swimming pool doesn't look bad but I am not sure about the water cleanliness."

"Hotel Review: Premium Suite Pros: Easy to find location, excellent service staff (bell/traffic) Cons: Cramped parking, unprofessional front desk, poor room quality (noise/security), low value for money 1. Location and Parking * Location: The hotel is easy to find. * Parking: Parking is provided, but the ramp/entrance is extremely narrow. The area has a damp odor, and scattered items take up space. Most guests avoid parking downstairs, which makes traffic movement near the entrance difficult. 2. Staff Service * Highly Commended: The staff who assisted with luggage and directed traffic in the morning were excellent—very polite, professional, and attentive. They were the most professional staff encountered at this hotel. * Needs Improvement: The night front desk staff were observed gossiping about customers immediately after they left the lobby. They also used inappropriate language when talking amongst themselves, even while other guests were present. 3. Room Condition (Premium Suite - 2nd Floor) * Room Type/Location: Stayed in a Premium Suite on the 2nd floor, at the end of the hallway. * Noise Issue: Very poor. Traffic noise from the street was loud and clear throughout the night, making it impossible to sleep (I am not usually a light sleeper). The room has poor soundproofing; the opening/closing of other doors and hallway conversations were clearly audible. * Safety/Amenities: The glass sliding door to the balcony could not be locked, which was a significant security concern. * Cleanliness/Design: Interior cleanliness was good. However, the decor felt mismatched and poorly coordinated—it seemed like random furniture was placed to fill the space rather than being tastefully designed. 4. Value for Money * Price Paid: THB 2,000 (discounted rate) * Overall Opinion: Even at the discounted rate of THB 2,000, I feel this stay was not worth the value based on the experience. Compared to other hotels in the same chain (e.g., Ladprao or Ari branches), this location is severely lacking. Had I paid the full price of nearly THB 7,000, I would have been far more disappointed."

"Just because I requested for high floor thru trip.com, they assigned the highest available floor to us. 49th! Everything are impressive except for the shower, the hot water was intermittently on and off occasionally. Nevertheless, it was a great stay!"

"What a beautiful and new hotel at a great location! Although still in initial stages of being fully ready, the hotel has a distinct charm! The best and softest bed and pillows ever, great facilities and the most elevators i have ever seen.in a hotel🙃. Every thing in the rooms are far ahead of time from. The toilet, shower etc . Finally wonderful staff, so helpful from fi ding rooms for our whole family together to the concierge staff on arrival and check out. "Very friendly staff, best international breakfast buffet I’ve seen including make your own fresh pressed juice. Great pool and super big comfy beds and pillows. Short walk to BTS and lots of good food options close by. Would pick a room with a view as “no view” literally looks into next tower."

"We spent our weekend at Pipa Hotel for our anniversary, and it was our second stay since the hotel opened in August 2025. This time, the experience was a bit mixed compared to our first visit. During our first stay, we got early check-in and a mini bar in the room. However, this time there was no welcome drink and no early check-in — probably because the hotel was fully booked the night before and the room wasn’t ready yet. But they surprised us when we entered the room — there was a beautiful balloon decoration for our anniversary and a cake, which made our stay even more memorable. Still, I’d definitely recommend this hotel! The concierge team provided excellent service — they were super helpful and really made our stay feel special. Their warm hospitality alone makes me want to come back again."

"Pros: 1. Hotel is about a 5 minute walk from Phetchaburi MRT station & Makassan Airport Railway Line. 2. There is a 7-11 connected to the hotel that can be accessed with the key card, so very convenient for late night snacks without stepping out of the hotel. 3. Easy to order Grabfood and pickup at the reception. 4. TV has Netflix/Viu/Youtube, plenty to watch if you have an account. 5. I stayed on the 3rd floor and no issues with noise even though my room faces the main road. 6. Hotel is right by the Makassan Airport Railway Link, when I checked out in the early morning, the reception got the security to show me the way to the railway station and he helped me with my luggage too. Very nice Thai hospitality! Cons: 1. The hotel is right by a main road that jams in the evening, I got down my Grab before reaching and it was faster walking back. 2. There is no shelter from MRT/Railway line, so if it rains and you do not have an umbrella, prepare to be wet. 3. They have magnet signs for Do not disturb & Make Up the Room to put on your door. I rushed out one day and didn't put any of it, and they didn't clean up the room. So do be sure to put either or, else they do not auto clean up your room. 4. There is no carpark at the front of the hotel (I don't know where to come in from the back carpark) so when ordering a Grab from Asoka Hotel point, be sure to be at the main road before the car reaches and get down quickly when you arrive. Overall I will recommend this place if you need to get easy access to Airport Railway Line and will take public transport around."
