The quality and friendliness of the staff is top notch. Pleasant staying experience. It’s right in the heart of the Newark International airport, far from the city, but you probably won’t be able to miss your flights xD

Close to Airport, much more reliable than stay in NYC and rush over through the horrible traffic to catch a flight. huge room with duo queen beds. The towels are old and look dirty. Sound-proof is not good, I can hear upstairs moving furniture and shower, etc, and can hear frequent train horn because this hotel is quite close to the train station.

This hotel is amazing for this price.You can’t find cheaper than it near that location. * Location is great 20km+ far from Manhattan * Very very very clean hotel. * The breakfast and staff is adorable * Only Elevator needs modify , room bathroom needs to renew and switch were old. In General , my expression is great about this hotel.

Booked this hotel as a pre-cruise hotel that was convenient to airport with free shuttle. Also chose this hotel as they allegedly had a buffet breakfast. Even pgined hotel to confirm the breakfast and how much it was. What they FAILED to tell us was that the breakfast was ONLY on weekends. Shoukd have been a detail to disclose, without having to be asked, if was in fact every day. Airport shuttle was as expected: runs every 1/2 hour (pickup at airport @15&45 min after the hour, departs hotel on the hour and 1/2 hour.). Check-in went fine, HOWEVER...arrival at assigned room we could hear the air conditioner ”screaming” a squeal so loud we could hear it in the hallway before we even opened the room door. Had to go back to front desk to get reassigned. We never had occasion to try to use our room phone, until day 2, when we discovered it didn't work. Called for maintenance, who offered to replace phone, then came back and said he couldn't. (Now can't get a wake-up-call for early morning departure, unless we were willing to move and change rooms AGAIN!) And to make it worse, maintenance couldn't get the alarm clock to work, either, and he had to replace it too. On-site restaurant is decently large, with decent menu, but prices are outrageous! ($20 for a burger!) All hotel staff were warm and friendly. NOTE: For being a traveller's hotel, very disappointed rooms do NOT have in-room safes. Over-all, could have stayed at the Crowne Plaza for only $7 more. We'll be sure to stay at the Crowne next time.

We loved how close it was to downtown and very close to Penn Station to take the train to NYC. It was clean and bright and their restaurant was very nice. The staff was not very friendly. We got locked out of our room because the battery was dead. They could not replace the batter so we had to back up all of our stuff and move rooms. We did not get so much as an apology from the staff about the inconvenience. When I talk to them about the room change I asked if they could make sure the fridge was plugged in since we would be out when the room was ready. The front desk guy just said ”you will have to ask housekeeping to do that” I had no access to housekeeping to ask them. The evening front desk staff was very nice.

뉴왁리버티 국제공항에 밤늦게 도착해서 바로 맨하탄으로 넘어가기 부담스러워서 공항근처 숙소이길래 1박 이용했습니다. 셔틀버스도 있어서 공항에서 무료로 탑승했습니다. 공항에서 셔틀버스존까지 가는게 좀 어려울 수 있으니 찾아가는 법 미리 검색 고고. 원체 밤늦게 도착하는 비행기라 00시 이후에 갔는데도 체크인 해주셨습니다. 보증금 50$ 필요합니다. 현금/카드 모두 가능. 보니까 힐튼계열 호텔이라 어플 깔면 온라인 체크인도 가능하고 스마트폰 자체를 룸 키로 이용이 가능하더라구요. 저는 그냥 카드키 받았습니다. 킹룸을 해서 그런지 방이 굉장히 넓었구요. 어메니티도 나쁘지 않았습니다. 하지만 치약, 칫솔, 면도기, 폼클렌징같은건 없으니 챙겨가세요. 조식이 모든 객실에 다 포함되어 있는듯 했는데, 간단하긴 했지만 다 너무 맛있었어요. 객실 티비도 스마트 티비이고 가져온 아이패드랑 무선으로 연결할 수 있어서 매우 편리했습니다. 단점이라 한다면 욕조가 너무 작았다? 그리고 방음이 잘 되는편은 아니다(다른 방 소리가 들린다기보단 밖에 자동차소리가 많이 들렸음). 정도인데 사실 피곤해서 그런거 신경쓸새없이 기절했습니다. 팁은 1달러 놓고 나왔어요. 체크아웃 할때 보증금 현금으로 하셨다면 체크아웃 시 돌려주시고 카드는 체크아웃 후자동취소 됩니다. 맨하탄으로 이동은 다시 뉴왁리버티 국제공항으로 호텔셔틀 타고가서 에어트레인 이용했습니다. 가성비 훌륭했던 숙소 !
