We've never really had a bad stay at a Premier inn, they are all pretty much the same. We've stayed at this hotel a few times before and always found it good value for money, clean and good location. Down side is no car park, or discount at local carpark. It's 12 pounds for over night parking near by. What let this hotel down on our recent stay was the resturant, some of the food was inedible, forgotten orders etc, a number of problems. The did try to rectify.

Great service friendly. Arpita, Karen and the team looked after our group well. Our breakfast was cooked to order and our dietary needs met to the full. The dining area is well presented very clean and tidy. As with all the facilities. We will be back.

No frills hotel, inexpensive, food and meal options very limited & not many options within 1-2 miles. There are several 'self service' options and that is difficult to manage if you are not familiar with their machines. During business hours, food is ok

Best hotel stay. The team here Maria, Lorraine, Charlie (chaz) and Sheenu are incredible. Very welcoming and enjoyed the banter. The food was very good and fresh. Great recommendations for pubs with pool tables too. Very happy smiley team.

Very friendly staff. Great price being so close to the city centre. We were looking for a good price and location close to a function we had nearby. This hotel provided both.

Lovely stay. Local location. Stayed with my youngest son. We had a lovely couple of nights exploring Newbury. Lovely clean room. Lovely breakfast, attentive staff and friendly environment. Good location for strolling into town and back and right next to a park for mini golf and play.
