However, the hotel's corner position shielded us from noise, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep for our kids. It was just a 7-minute walk to Central Station and the town, surrounded by numerous restaurants. **Service and Cleanliness:** We arrived before the 3 PM check-in and were allowed to check in early, despite the 4 PM policy. The room was clean and spacious enough for our family. The lobby had a lovely sitting area and a small bar, but we chose to explore the many dining options in the city instead."

"Frankly, the size of the room is beyond my imagination, very spacious apartment. The kitchen has everything that should be set. You can make breakfast and dinner yourself. We have one night to make our own seafood dinner. You can wash clothes. It feels like home. The facilities are old. "Hotel is located conveniently next to the river. We had received a very warm welcome by the hotel staff. The room is fully equipped with basic cooking amenities. Just wish to give our special gratitude to the guy welcoming at the front desk, he has granted us everything we need and is super caring to guests. We'll definitely choose this hotel if we travel to this part of the country again."

"Booked a room away from the lift. Gave us a room next to the lift. Went down to see ifcwe could get it changed as we wanted a quiet room On check in we requested this so obviously next to the lift facing the stack is not a quiet room. Next room was directly above the hotels air conditioning unit gave up as obviously the receptionist was having a serious customer service melt down especially when we went out 10 minutes later and she called over ..is that room OK for you? Obviously not as the air conditioning unit screamed all night long we just said yes as what was the best room going to be ?? Certainly will not be back thanks to the totally piss taking receptionist"

"The location is perfect just little more than 5 min from NewCastle Station. The Breakfast buffet is perfect English Breakfast I had in recent times. I liked the quality of mattresses for comfort sleep.However, cleaning was not perfect when I checked in on first day. I stayed in total two nights. Overall, comfortable stay for couple of nights!"

"Great hotel & staff Previously a marriott so rooms are of very good quality the hotel is is a little run down in places but are you really bothered at this price! It's certainly cheaper and cheerful, free WiFi, free parking, food is expensive but there's more options across the road. Leisure club is £5 extra"
