"The floor are not very clean, there are cockroaches in the room, you can hear someone stumping/jumping from the ceiling/room above, you can hear people arguing from other room. I stayed for 7 days but they never conducted a room service/ room clean up and No trash collection The staff are very friendly and accomodating though"

"Do not stay here if at all possible! The man at check in was downright rude, not only to me but to others trying to check in. The room had not been cleaned from previous guests although I checked in at 10 pm. Trash in the waste basket, no sheets at all on the bed, sticky floor, sticky bed side tables, no remote to the TV, internet did not work, no towels in the bathroom, no toilet paper. When I asked about what could be done about the room, the man at the front desk huffed away and came back with a pile of sheets, towels, and a blanket, dropped it all in my arms, stuck a remote in the center of the mountain, and walked away without a word, forgetting that I had also mentioned the lack of toilet paper. Breakfast area was okay, but it closed at 9 am, including taking the coffee urns away. How hard would it at least be to let the coffee earns and water stay out? No notice of when the free breakfast area closed. Not once did I receive a kind word or an apology about the condition of the room. Horrible, horrible place to stay!"

"Nice location and helpful when needed however the cleanliness was not good. The shower drain had a big ball of hair sticking out, the shower head and shower had red buildup all over it. Also the carpet in the room turned my socks dirty in just ten min that’s terrible"

"I have been coming to this hotel since it was about new on business multiple times a year. It has aged a little but is still a great place to stay on business. Quiet, Clean, Comfy Beds, Friendly Staff, and a Nice Breakfast. Recently I switched to Embassy Suites since this Residence Inn stopped their happy/social hour but that hotel was booked so my partners and I stayed at the Residence Inn this time. We all found it to be a great choice for a last-minute trip but really mis the evening cocktail reception. (I did sneak over to the Courtyard to take advantage of their bar but the free light snack and wine were great in the past at the Residence Inn). We stayed on a Friday and I know it is only on some week days but please bring it back like it was before covid. Otherwise I have no complaints and would stay here again and even prefer this hotel over most other brands. "

"The hotel underwent a simple renovation, but the basic facilities remained unchanged. It's quite old, the amenities are outdated, and even the Simmons mattress has collapsed. The noise from the air conditioner's outdoor unit is unbearable, the windows aren't soundproof, and there are quite a few small insects. The staff were relatively nice, though. I wouldn't recommend this hotel."

"I stayed here as a layover so just a one night deal got in at 11pm there was a nice front desk worker there greeted me checked me in and gave me the rundown on breakfast! The beds were made nearly the room was very clean and spacious. I would definitely stay again!!"

"If I could I would give this place DOUBLE NEGATIVE 0. This is the worst place to stay. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not get suckered by the photos on the site. On the site it showed 2 chairs and a loveseat. LIES LIES LIES LIES LIES, it was unreasonable noise from the room above, the floors was dirty and I had to sweep, no pillows on the bed. PLEASE PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE"
