Good for room and location

Great hotel. Beach nearby. Separately, it is recommended to go up to the pool on the 40th floor. The rooms are clean and cozy. There is a mini-kitchen.

This hotel was pretty awful. We choose this place because of its location to the beach, and the rooftop pool pictured in their general amenities. You will notice an "indoor pool" is listed on their ammenities, but the rooftop pool pictures is NOT that pool. In fact the rooftop pool pictured is not owned by the hotel and is part of a seperate lounge that youust pay at least 150.000vnd extra to access. We never would have booked this hotel had we known this. The room was sprayed with souch deodorizer that it gave us stuffy noses at night, the deodorizer didn't even cover the bad smells of the room just masked it. Despite having like 8 elevators they are all very slow. The front desk could not help us with any issue we had during our stay. There are so many other nice friendly hotels in the area with rooftop pools. We really regret booking this one, and I regret that trip.com allows hotel to use false pictures to make their hotels seem nicer than they are.

The only thing I liked was the view from the room and the proximity to the beach. The rooms are very tired, the doors are broken, the walls are shabby, the air conditioner only worked properly at night, the pressure in the shower barely drips, the cookware is one saucepan without a lid with two containers for steaming and a bunch of chopsticks. 4th time in Nha Trang and this is the only hotel where there were cockroaches. I booked a room with a king size bed, they put two beds together for us, in the middle of the night you fall into a hole in the middle. A separate entertainment is to take the elevator to your floor or to the first floor, you can wait for 10-15 minutes, and on the way there are packed guests from China, all in wet clothes from the pool. The representative of the company that rents out the apartments ignored requests, asked for two cups for tea and coffee, since there are only 2 glass glasses in the room, after 3 days he replied that you already have glasses. Cleaning depends on the team, one cleaned well and replenished tea, coffee, water, changed towels, another persistently broke into the room at 08.15 and said that no one would come later, took away the trash and ran away so as not to wash or change anything.

Everything was terrible. It felt like a train station, not a hotel. Dirt, cockroaches, and the furniture was ruined! Black mold in the room, huge lines at check-in and check-out. We stayed on the 33rd floor with a sea view! Street noise and singing until 11:00 PM. Cigarette butts on the balcony. The stench in the room was unbearable. Unfortunately, the hotel staff couldn't help; all inquiries were met with the simple, "I'm sorry."

Location is very convenient, extremely busy and lively. The swimming pool on the sixth floor of the hotel is small, the room rate does not include breakfast, and there are many good places nearby for the beautiful view of the room.

We stayed at Panorama from March 7, and were pleased with the location of the hotel and the adjacent shops, cafes, and massage parlors. Cleaning and towel changes are done every day. The sea view and the balcony are a special treat.

Very good, very convenient location, just opposite the landmark in a tall building, you can see the sea when you open the door. There are many night markets and shopping malls downstairs. It is a very convenient place. But you must close the door at night, otherwise it will be very noisy. The overall feeling is very good 👍, you must swipe your card to go upstairs, so the security is also good. It can be said to be the center of the beach, and it is very convenient to go anywhere.

The hotel is super, the first coastline, we had a view of the sea just gorgeous, were above the 20th floor, the view is mesmerizing, the rooms are good, the price is very pleasant 😊 there is a swimming pool on the roof, entrance is paid 150, on the 6th it is free for vacationers. I liked everything, the hotel itself is located right in the center of Nha Trang 👍

It was clean, but the surrounding area was noisy and it was a bit difficult to use the elevator. The housekeepers cleaned the place well every day.

Clean, cozy, high, no center. And yes.... Mother Earth... This song from the elevator, from the advertisement of a Russian cafe will haunt you the entire time of your stay and not only. In general, there is some kind of mess with the elevators there. This is one minus, but otherwise it is a decent hotel.

The view from the window is awesome! Good soundproofing, despite the fact that the hotel is in the very center, it is comfortable to sleep at night, quiet 🙃 good breakfasts, varied! They take a deposit upon check-in, but it is purely symbolic 200,000 vnd. The girls at the reception do not really explain anything, and are not particularly friendly
