I really enjoyed my stay at Xavia Hotel Nha Trang. The room was clean, spacious, and the sea view from the balcony was beautiful. Special thanks to Quyen, Thao, Hung, Anh, and Tien for their excellent service. They were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made my stay even more comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended, and I would gladly stay here again.

The location is good, the noise is low. The gym equipment is old and not working. The pool is clean.

It’s a very budget friendly hotel. Across the road there is a beach but A little bit walk to the Nha Trang main beach and nice eateries.Breakfast good selection of foods mostly local. Only fruit selection was limited. Truly value for money. Rooms were cleaned everyday nicely. Small grocery stores are right outside the hotel.

Nice hotel for vacation day. The receptionist named truc truc is friendly and very helpful.

Not suitable for foreigners. Their locals are super noisy and rowdy especially during breakfast time. Location is near seaside. Won’t come again for sure.

This hotel is Highly recommended there is located nearby many attractions, beach and local restaurant etc. staff are extremely helpful especially Ms. Trun and Ms. Hieu, we are very happy to stay at this hotel for our special occasion.

Very good

The reception at the hotel was excellent. They upgraded our room right away, without even having time to ask for anything. The view from the balcony is simply stunning. Yes, the hotel is a 30-minute walk from the center. But at least there's a reason to stroll. The beach is right across from the hotel. A sunbed costs 100,000 donkeys. Beach towels are provided at the hotel. The breakfast is Asian, but you definitely won't go hungry, and there's fresh fruit every day. Of course, the hotel is not new. But I would give it 4 stars. All requests to the staff were fulfilled very quickly. Tired, but there is a gym. You can bench press, but that's it. The staff is very friendly, but almost no one speaks English, let alone Russian. But here, no one speaks Russian, almost anywhere. Everyone immediately grabs the translator on their phone. The hotel has a spa; we went for a massage. The price is a little more than outside, but it is comfortable. It's worth visiting this hotel for the view from the window. The air conditioner is very quiet; you can't even tell if it's on or not, but the cooling is excellent.

I'll say right away that the only downside is the breakfast. The fruit selection includes watermelon, orange, dragon fruit, white guava (the one inside), greens, cabbage, and salad vegetables. The rest is really an acquired taste. They do have eggs, and they cook them in front of you. But I booked this hotel for the room and the view from the balcony. I was absolutely delighted here. The room was large, the balcony was fantastic, and the view was incredible. I loved getting takeout and only dined on the balcony. It was beautiful in the evenings, with a fresh breeze. On my last night, a wire in the ceiling in my room caught fire. Of course, I was scared when the ceiling caught fire. I ran to reception, called the staff, and they removed some wires. But I think they could have offered an airport transfer at the hotel's expense for such an unpleasant incident, but apparently not here. It's definitely a half-hour walk to the lotus beach, if not more. I liked the beach; the entry is almost chest-deep. I was there in September. There were no waves, swimming was good, and the water was very warm. The airport bus is nearby, stopping near the Avari Hotel. The reception staff, Nin and Hom, were wonderful, polite, and helpful. I slept with the balcony open until about six in the morning; it wasn't noisy; later, road noise kicked in.

The hotel itself is a bit dated and shabby, but the room was in excellent condition, everything was clean, and there was a partial view of the beach. It's located away from the center; we specifically sought this location because it's a good place to eat inexpensively, the beach is less crowded, and there are fewer touts. We really enjoyed staying here with our bike. A plus is the panoramic window, even a panoramic corner. 😅 The only downside is that it's dirty, but that's the case everywhere. This hotel is quite nice. Clean and comfortable. The service was excellent. We took a taxi and were dropped off at the hotel entrance. The hotel security guard immediately came down and helped us take our luggage to the front desk. The front desk staff were also very nice, one of whom spoke Chinese. He patiently checked us in. I forgot to take a picture of the room. The location is very close to the beach. Just downstairs is the beach. It's relatively close to Pearl Island, so it's closer to Pearl Island. The room windows are great, with large floor-to-ceiling windows. Those with a city view can also see the sea. If you're looking for a place to eat, the hotel entrance faces this road. Walk a little further, about 3-5 minutes, and you'll find a night market with many restaurants in front.

The view is very beautiful. The only problem is that the room is not soundproof. The toilet is not very good.

Good location of the hotel, opposite Vinpearl. Breakfasts are varied, delicious. The staff is friendly. The rooms are tired, cleaning every day, the view from the balcony is gorgeous. The pool is nothing special. If you like the hotel, you can stay for 2-3 days. There is a restaurant nearby where you can order seafood.
