Is the 'luxury' tag something Trip.com just slapped on there themselves, haha? The room was tiny, with barely any space between the two beds. They promised a high floor, but we got the 11th, even though the top floor is the 26th. Breakfast was very average, and the location isn't great, but there are restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Pearl Island is right across the sea!

Very nice hotel clean and tidy. Only complaint is grandmas kitchen supposed to be open till 10 pm but was told when we tried to order at 9-35 pm kitchen was closed was told kitchen closed at 9/30 pm when I pointed out in their rule book supposed to be open till ten pm was told sorry kitchen closed I said I would complain wasn’t happy

All well meet my expectation for a short trip. Recommend

Near the beach. Quiet location with many of local restaurant. Fresh seafood center is very closed to this hotel. 70% price compare to at the center, amazing :))

Check-in was quick. The staff was friendly. The room was comfortable. Cleaning was daily. Breakfasts were generally good. The menu focused on Asian cuisine. The hotel is in a good location, with the beach across the street and a beautiful, well-kept park opposite. Bus 23 to Vinpearl and bus 16-2 to/from Cam Ranh Airport stop near the hotel. It's a 20-30-minute walk to Lotus Square. Inexpensive restaurants serving local Vietnamese cuisine are located nearby.

The guide of the travel agency recommended it. Although the location is good, the balcony is just outside the beach and the sea, and the scenery in the distance is not bad, but it can't cover up the average decoration, and the accommodation experience is generally unpleasant. Especially the breakfast is average, and the watermelon is suspected of being stale. The location of the hotel is basically at the end of the main urban area. Compared with many hotels opposite the beach, it is still a little worse.

We stayed at the Imperial Hotel from 03.08 to 06.08.24. We were very disappointed with the hotel. Firstly, I never understood people who were unhappy with the breakfast at the hotel. So I found myself in this situation. Apart from eggs (which were overcooked), there was nothing to eat. We were very shocked when we saw boiled instant noodles for breakfast. The beach across the road from the hotel is dirtier than in the center (near Lotus). There is a port nearby, so there is more garbage. To the right of the hotel for the next 1.5 km there is nothing - only the port fence. To the left - to some kind of life, you need to walk along the park for 500 meters. The price for the hotel is very high. When we left the hotel, we were not even allowed to wait for a taxi inside the hotel, they put us out in the sun. I do not recommend this hotel.

Got a good price with a street view and bathtub, but the equipment was a bit old, the TV couldn't watch YouTube, the wifi was a bit weak, the bathroom light was a bit dark. The staff were very supportive and enthusiastic.
