My overall experience at this hotel was excellent. The room was clean and spacious, with a minimalist yet cozy design that made me feel relaxed as soon as I walked in. The bed was just the right firmness, and I slept soundly all night. The staff were also very friendly, providing attentive and professional service from check-in to check-out. The hotel's location is convenient, with plenty of dining options nearby and easy access to transportation. Overall, this was a very comfortable stay, and I would be happy to return.

The rooms are modern and well-equipped with everything you might need. For the beach, the hotel provides about five complimentary umbrellas, available on a first-come, first-served basis. The breakfast is excellent, featuring a mix of Western and local cuisine. On the top floor, you'll find a swimming pool and a sauna, both offering a great view. All in all, it was a good choice!

Breakfast buffet is very good. I ate 3 bowls of pho. We stayed 2 nights. The room is clean and can see the sea and sunrise. Nearly the beach, night market. Earlier to go anywhere. Nearby restaurant. When we check in and check out we meet the male staff is very helpful. I will choose this hotel again when next time visit.

I stayed at Nagar years ago when it was a newly opened hotel, and I loved it. Sad to see how badly maintained it is now. The cleanliness of the room has been the worst I have seen in Southeast Asia. Do you even clean the floor? The only decent thing is the breakfast, except for the cold coffee. The place needs deep cleaning and better cleaning staff. Sadly, I will not be coming back.

Hotel at a very good location and with quite a nice pool. Breakfast was delicious and with a lot of options. Rooms are spacious and nice, but please note the sea view is only partial - you will be also looking at the abandoned hotel and its backyard. The reception staff is not that experienced and do not speak any English. We were asked to leave our passports at the reception as a security deposit, which is something you simply do not ask, at least in Europe. And there are no terms of deposit explained. Other than that, I highly recommend and would go back to this hotel.

Superb nice hotel with alots eatery nearby

Dirty bloods stains on sheets, found dead bedbugs, moldy shower that flooded, dirty, and barely cleaned room. Charged us for sheets that were already dirty and held passports until we paid. Really b nasty place but the staff was nice at least. For western customers do not go here and spend a little extra money somewhere else so you do not ruin your trip. I never leave bad reviews, but this place is disgusting.

The room was big and clean, even had a little ocen view as well (deluxe city view room). The staff was kind and helpful. The location is also great, there are many shops, restaurants, cofee shops nearby and the beach is only a few minutes walk away. Every day we got new coffee, water, towels in the room and cleaning. The pool has also really good view. The breakfast was delicious, there are a lot of things you can choose from. I can only recommend this hotel.

Unpleasant staff, many people at the reception are idle, did not help to carry bags. Room with dirty windows that do not open. Nice pool and varied breakfasts.

Nice pool, great staff, close to the beach

The only bad thing about this hotel is the pool and the gym are in the same area as the smoking zone. This terrible decision makes them totally unusable for people who don't smoke. The room was clean. Breakfast was also really nice. The location was also great.

Great hotel, great breakfast, lots of choices, staff could be bit friendlier... won't let you check in before 14:00 and they call before check out time to kick you out. You also have to pay 500,000 key deposit ...
