Good hotel, but the swimming pool is super small, there were some ants in the room, no sea view. Location is perfect.

I had no hot water for 4 days of my stay at this hotel, that's big minus. Also, the dusty refrigerator and closet shelves could be wiped down. Apart from that, everything was ok.

Suppose to be a ocean view but got a city view instead check in was smooth and easy there were ants in the room so dont leave anything with suger shower was hot anytime with big television enjoy my 3 day stay

Hotel was very persistent to provide room opposite from what was requested which was high floor and not noisy area but later appeared to be blaming me or making me feel uncomfortable. Receptionist was an underage girl was working at the hotel reception which could perhaps reflect illegal work or child exploitation which is very common and felt in Vietnam at many hotels and it’s area when booking with Trip.com When informed about this discomfort, hotel was silent reflecting consent and agreement. Later hours, the receptionist changed to someone that looked older but similar. I further felt people entered the room when I was away or left the hotel for five minutes. A transport food company came to delivery food but told hotel staff somethings and then after, hotel became less welcoming and uncomfortable. Luckily it was just one night there as more nights would extend negative feelings to hotel, city or country which is adversed tourism feelings inflicted.

The personal awful, they take my passport for 1 day without any permission and explanation. There is no any things for comfort.

Booked the cheapest room. On the 7th floor, room 703. The walls are stained, the linen also has small stains. No window, although the description says there is a window, but in fact there is none. The air conditioner blows directly onto the bed, terrible. One day they completely forgot to clean and bring water, I had to ask at the reception. The location is great - very convenient. I recommend for 1 day no more. No soundproofing, you can hear the elevator all the time, at least they turned off the elevator melody

The location is super right in the center (near the hotel there is a 24-hour store, a beach, cafes, to the right of the exit from the alley smoothies and banh mi for 25 dong), on the 8th floor there is a mini-pool, the hotel staff tries very hard to help with all questions. The room is not very big, but has everything you need. The only negative is that the window from the room does not overlook the city, as stated, but into a shaft in which there is a window with blinds, so you can't really see the street and the weather))

The bed was clean and comfortable! However, in the photo, the room looks luxurious and bright, but in reality, there is no luxurious atmosphere and the hotel is not bright. And since we went in mid-December, Vietnam itself was humid. In that case, the hotel should have used an air conditioner to control humidity and temperature to keep it from being humid, but the lobby was humid. And the hotel owner does not speak English, so a translator is essential. The location isn't that bad, but you still have to take Grab to get to downtown Nha Trang. It’s good considering that it’s not completely downtown Nha Trang! And is there a hotel in this place? There is an accommodation in an alley worth visiting. I think it's closer to a motel than a hotel! But considering the price, it’s not bad for a day!

From the photo it was certainly very beautiful, but they try to keep the rooms clean, it’s clear that a high-quality renovation was once done, but now it all looks very tired. There was no hot water in our room, we had to wash the baby very quickly, fortunately we were staying at the hotel for 1 night. Of course, you won’t get any kind of gorgeous view, at most into the city on the side streets and so on. The pool is very small, we didn’t even try to swim, although it was quite clean. In general, for the money this is not a bad option, but not for married couples. Our night cost about 1000 RUB

Reserve a cheap room to use for 0.5 nights Arrived around 2:00 AM -> Staff at the counter who could not speak English -> Received a room key -> Booked a City View Deluxe Twin Room, but gave a Superior Double Room -> After going to the counter and trying to talk (the counter staff does not speak English), I gave up (there was no water in the room, so I only got two waters and went up) -> I canceled my reservation to use it for 0.5 nights on the last day out of embarrassment -> When I asked for water in the morning, they asked me to pour it into a cup, so I went straight to the mart (female staff very grumbling) -> then checked out (as expected, unkind grumbling + impression) The bottom line is that even if you stay for a short time, you don't get cheap accommodation.
