Really worth for the price, good breakfast for this price. I enjoy every day. Surround with many restaurants and cafe but not like central city. This a bit far from central then fewer shop nearby. No shelf in wet bathroom you need to put soap and shampoo on the floor that weird. View is from small windows. I stay on 15 floor that heard strong wind in sometime.

Very neat and clean. Nice rooftop pool. I lived on 15 floor and had a beautiful view of the mountain and the city. Breakfast also not bad.

The family room is of decent size, while the superior room is very small. The deluxe room is also reasonably spacious. They provide a decent breakfast, and the service is good. However, the main issue I had with this property was the awful sewer smell coming from one of our family rooms. Although the cleaning staff came multiple times to address it, their efforts didn’t resolve the problem.

Best value hotel in Nha Trang. 5 minutes from the beach, quiet and clean rooms, delicious breakfast, reasonable price.

The hotel is clean, well-maintained. The view from the balcony is nice. Breakfasts are excellent!

I stayed for two nights. The room was bright and the view from the window was amazing. The first night was noisy with drunk people screaming and dogs barking, but it was quieter by the second night. It cost around 50,000 VND to get to i-Resort. The surrounding area was generally pleasant, but it got a little dark at night and dogs would bark. There were many cheap and delicious restaurants and cafes nearby, although it was a bit of a walk away. You can also go to the beach, but there is no shade and you'll be exposed to direct sunlight for a long time.

Everything is wonderful, clean, comfortable, comfortable bed, daily cleaning, not noisy air conditioner, small pool. Good location, no noise and karaoke under the windows!

If you are looking for comfort, views "worth a million" and an atmosphere of calm - this is your option. I will tell you in more detail what I liked and what could have been better. What impressed: 1. The views from the window and balcony - mountains, like on a postcard, and the sea shimmering between the high-rise buildings. Every morning began with admiring the scenery. 2. The room is compact, but very thoughtful: a soft bed, a large TV, a desk by the window. Full-length mirrors are a small thing, but nice! 3. The pool on the 19th floor is a must visit! We swam together in almost complete silence, and the view of the city and the sea was mesmerizing. Sun loungers in the shade are ideal for those who don't like the heat. 4. Breakfasts are varied, filling, with a local flavor. I especially praise the omelettes - they were cooked in front of us, quickly and with a smile. What could be improved: - We had to open the safe with a key from the reception - it's inconvenient to carry it around. - There weren't enough shelves for shampoo and gel in the shower - we put everything on the floor. - The water in the pool looked cloudy, and the lack of a chlorine smell was a bit alarming. Location: For the first couple of hours we wandered around looking for an exchange office and a cafe, but later we found cool places with pho-bo and seafood. The embankment is 5 minutes away, but you can't swim there (rocks). The sandy beach is a 10-minute walk away. Summary: Elite Hotel is not a luxury hotel with perfect service, but a warm place where you feel at home. Yes, there are minor flaws, but they pale in comparison to the views from the window, comfort and that very Vietnamese hospitality. Advice: - Don't miss the sunset by the pool on the 19th floor - it's worth going up for! We returned with the thought: "I want to come here again!" - and this is the best recommendation. We stayed at the hotel for 11 days, 1 adult and 2 children. The room had a sea view. They cleaned every day, changed towels and bed linen. They gave us big towels for the beach. The location is good, the beach is 10 minutes walk away. There are many cafes nearby. Breakfasts are good, there were always fruits and vegetables, eggs and omelettes are prepared upon request. For its price, it is an excellent hotel.

The hotel is wonderful. There is a swimming pool, daily cleaning, linen change. The rooms are clean, the furniture is comfortable. The staff is polite, they solve problems quickly, they help. The location is 5 minutes walk to the sea. Everything you need is in the hotel.

In a hotel that is sold as a 5-star hotel, they provided a room with virtually no windows (the dummy window in the photo does not match the screenshot of the room description when booking). "One or more non-opening windows" and a photo of a view from them is not entirely correct. I lived in the UAE in a hotel where on a high floor the windows also did not open (for safety), but they had a gorgeous view. The soundproofing is very poor. All night you can hear the noise from the pipes, how the neighbors on the floor and above wash their hands, flush the toilet, talk, slam the door or forget to close it before the alarm in the room goes off, etc. ... It seems like a drunken night party is in your room. In the morning, this is complemented by the staff negotiating in the corridor on the walkie-talkie in loudspeaker mode ... The room is stuffy. You can't get enough sleep, I had a headache in the morning. There are only 9 sun umbrellas on the beach. This number is clearly not enough for a large hotel. Judging by the beach towel provided by the neighboring hotel Vesna, the number of places on the beach under an umbrella is enough for two hotels..... There is a person sitting next to the staff who issues towels, who immediately offers to find an umbrella and a sun lounger for an additional fee.... There is garbage on the beach. After 16:00, beach towels are nowhere to be found. The reception sent us to the beach. There they categorically refused to issue them and even to call the reception, sent us back to the reception, where they again refused to issue a beach towel.... When returning from the beach, the door to the room where the money was was open.....it's good that nothing was missing. Why does the staff open the door to the room, not clean it and just leave, leaving the door open!? The corridors on the floor are dusty and dirty. Even after the "cleaning", no one cleaned up the mud from shoes, dust, etc.... There is no visual information that the hotel has a 5-star category. At the reception they did not provide any supporting documents, they said from words that now the hotel is supposedly 4 stars and is striving for 5.... I have been to many hotels in Nha Trang, but this is the first time in this one. I have no desire to return to this one.

Overall, everything is fine. Quiet, clean hotel not far from the sea. The only thing to keep in mind is that the superior room does not have a balcony and a very small window, but with a partial view of the sea. The breakfast is quite decent and varied. But for some reason the goulash with beef and chicken were not hot (after asking, they turned on the heating. Perhaps they just forgot before that). Beach towels are large and good, they are given out at the reception.
