Cons: Despite being the most expensive of the four hotels on the island, its cleanliness was a major concern. On the second day, even after housekeeping, there were still food crumbs on the floor. The shower gel in the bathroom wasn't refilled, and a freshly set plate even had dragon fruit seeds on it. I called the front desk to complain, but the response was rather lacklustre; eventually, they did bring the shower gel, but it took multiple trips for housekeeping to address just that one item. Also, there were no organized activities for children or adults. Pros: On the positive side, the hotel's spa was excellent, situated right by the sea, and listening to the waves was incredibly therapeutic. The seawater was crystal-clear, allowing us to see schools of fish swimming freely. The beach sand was also incredibly soft and fine. Overall, the service was decent, and breakfast offered a good variety of options. Tuk-tuks were also readily available on demand.

Overall, it's quite good, even better than the neighboring Marriott and W Hotel. Being a ground-floor villa, there were quite a few mosquitoes, but the provided mosquito coils quickly took care of them. Hotel facilities across the island are generally showing their age. Their business isn't as robust as it once was, which means the facilities aren't being updated. Consequently, the AC isn't very powerful, occasionally leading to a stuffy feeling. However, this luxury hotel offers excellent tranquility; it's the quietest on the island. The island's overall environment is also fantastic.

Our stay at Vinpearl Luxury Resort was a beautiful escape. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, and we felt instantly relaxed from the moment we arrived. One of the highlights of our trip was definitely the spa—it's everything you could want in a luxury resort, with exceptional treatments that left us feeling rejuvenated. We went there for my husband’s birthday and they provided a very cute birthday cake. During our stay I felt like a princess honestly 👸 All workers were so kind and polite. The breakfast box they provided as we had to leave very early was very good.

Very quite and peaceful place. Overall good service and breakfast. Special shout out to the trainee Honey!l She was so kind and service minded!! Thanks for the birthday cake. And to Danny! Very helpful. feedback: the pool in the villa suite is not warm (very cold) and was not worth it. However we recommend the spa and the massages! Thanks for the nice stay.

It was the best place I ever went. You’ll never regret! All the bell boy was so nice. You can do everything such as swimming, spa, Various type of Room service, even Exercise with ocean view.

The environment was beautiful, the rooms were clean and tidy, and every staff member was friendly and courteous—a very good experience. The included sea massage was especially comfortable and the setting was excellent. It was a very memorable experience, and my impression of Pearl Island has been greatly enhanced. I will definitely come back in the future.
