"The Vinpearl Beachfront Nha Trang Hotel is a true seaside gem! Upon our arrival, we were pleasantly surprised not only by the superb location but also by the high level of service. The rooms are spacious and stylishly decorated, with stunning ocean views. Every day, we enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony, listening to the sound of the waves. The hotel staff was very friendly and responsive. They responded to all our requests promptly and with a smile. The breakfasts were varied and delicious, with a wide selection of both local and international dishes, but we wished there were more coffee machines (there was always a line for coffee). The beach is clean and well-maintained, but there are not enough sun loungers and towels (only 9 umbrellas and 18 lounge chairs), which is very limited for a hotel of this size. The pool area is the perfect place to relax. In the evenings, we loved strolling around the hotel grounds. Overall, our stay at the Vinpearl Beachfront Nha Trang exceeded all expectations. We would love to come back again and recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Nha Trang!"

"Everything was nice on this hotel, good location, all you need is near, gym small , but also have basic facilities, room is clean, not too small, wifi have a great speed , upload and download large files is not a problem, also have a big modern tv, so you can connect through air connection…. all is really great, except ……. breakfast…. for me, who live in China for a long time also have a live in chinese hotel experience, breakfast was a frustrating. Of course, you can find something, what you're going to eat. But, it’s something what hotel should do better. In sum, this hotel is nice choice, just don't have high expectations for breakfast and you will enjoy your stay absolutely."

"The hotel is in an excellent location, just across the street from the beach, with a private tunnel leading directly to it. Rooms are very spacious, and the front desk provides convenient currency exchange at a very good rate. The only downside was that, despite my booking request for a higher floor and not a corner room, I was exactly given a low-floor corner room. This was a bit disappointing, but overall the stay was very good. I would still choose this hotel again next time."

"The room is spacious, facilities are new, and it's very clean. Service is great and the price is affordable. The breakfast spread is also extensive. It's located right in the city center of Nha Trang, making it super convenient for getting around. Definitely the best choice when visiting Nha Trang! 👍👍 The only minor issue was that for a double room occupied by three people without an extra bed, we had to pay an additional fee. While they replenished supplies on the first day after we paid, they didn't proactively restock toiletries on the following two days, which was the only thing I was unhappy about. Overall, it's excellent."

"We are coming to the Summer Hotel the second time cause we find it nice and worthwhile. The beach is 5 mins walk from the hotel and the choice of places to eat around is enormous. We liked our room with a big window in the bathroom but without a balcony. All rooms are different, so check out what is a priority for you. Definitely recommend this hotel!"

"Private Villa was very nice and modern. Private pool and view was amazing. Rest of the hotel area with public pool and dining area was not more than average. Layout for mass tourism. Staff was very friendly and helpful as far as they understood English. Breakfast buffet was ok but dinner buffet and also the a-la-carte restaurant was a nightmare - especially for the requested prices. I recommend everyone to drive to the cable car island station: there you get more choice, better quality and all this for 30-50% of the hotel price. All in all the private villas are nice for a family vacation but the main building (normal rooms) I suggest to skip."

"Advantages: - new beautiful rooms with fresh renovations - great service - the reception and breakfast staff were real professionals. Thank you very much! - there is a nice large smart TV in the room - close to the beach - the opportunity to live on a high floor - sea view from the window - good breakfast - super pool and gym (clean, modern) - birthday wishes at breakfast (thank you very much! It was very nice) Disappointed : - there are no hooks or drying racks in the rooms. (Considering that many people come to Nha Trang for a beach vacation, it is necessary to hang at least a swimsuit and a wet towel to dry. It was difficult without this.) - there were occasional problems with cleaning. - the bathroom in the room has no barriers. All the water drains onto the floor. It is impossible to bathe - it was a real quest every time"

We had an ocean view room, and the view was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful. Particular thanks to Man in the restaurant. The cleaning staff were great - thanks you Ms Tu for keeping our room clean. The gym was pretty good as well.

GGuest UserMostly good - the room is okay, the view is beautiful. Some stains on the floor. It was a seaview room, and when it was windy, the howling was very loud. Hot water pressure is low. In the mornings, you can hear a bell ringing from somewhere and some very loud music as early as 6 am. The staff at the reception is very helpful - I wanted to rent a motorbike, and they've arranged this for me (there's not really much to see around if you go by foot).

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is okay, not those hotel located just across the harbour front but it is quiet and convenient enough. The hotel exterior no need to mentioned but very nice and cozy. Hotel room is huge and my husband and I slept like babies all 4 nights straight, the mattress and pillows are just perfect. Their buffet breakfast is not the type could surprise you but be fair they are okay with the taste and variety. Staff are very nice there and welcoming you as always. Special thanks to receptionist Nov Anh, she is very professional with all the questions and enquiries you made. Other staff may not quite understand what you were asking but they all try their best to accommodate while your stay. Potique Hotel has a private beach in front of Novotel Hotel, we went there twice and enjoyed very much. They provide towels and sunbath chairs with umbrella. Sadly the service close at 5pm, but you can still keep their towels with you after 5pm and pass them to reception when you finish. Apart from this, one day I came back early (around 1-2pm) and probably disturb the cleaning ladies. I already mention we will stay outside at sitting area and wait until they finish, but seems she still get pissed with us with a sad face. That night we don’t have enough tissue paper and toilet roll inside the room….. Overall, I enjoyed our stay very very much, friendly staff is what delighted us always when we come back from travelling outside. Thank you for providing us a special stay at Nha Trang.

GGuest UserI stayed in an ocean view room and the view of sea was amazing! It is well worth paying extra for the ocean view. The room and bathroom size maybe on the smaller side but it is perfect for a solo traveller. It has a pool and games room and a beach area which I did not get to use during my stay. The buffet breakfast has a wide selection of food. There are three lifts, so never had to wait too long for one. The hotel is centrally located, minutes walk to the beach and night market. I really enjoyed my stay, especially waking up to the ocean view every morning.

YYiwozhiming，jixuqianxingI stayed here for one night. The room was very spacious, though the bathroom was a bit small, it was still acceptable. The room came with instant coffee and green tea, which I enjoyed, along with bottled water, a safe, and a refrigerator. From the window, I could enjoy mountain views, and the room was generally quiet. Overall, the in-room facilities met my needs. The hotel offers a complimentary gym and an outdoor swimming pool. It seemed to be mostly used by Russian guests, but they were generally quiet. There's also a spa available for a fee. The hotel provides a complimentary buffet breakfast, served daily for about 3 and a half hours in the morning. The buffet featured a wide variety of dishes, including local Vietnamese options like pastries and pho (which were palatable for Chinese guests), stews and fried rice catering to Chinese tastes, as well as bread, jam, and salads for Western guests. Some front desk staff could speak Chinese, and the service staff assisted with luggage. Compared to hotels closer to the beach, the location is a bit more secluded, and the surroundings seemed somewhat undeveloped. However, it's not too far from the beach. Considering its affordable price, everything the hotel offered was already excellent and commendable. If I have the chance in the future, I would like to stay here again.

On the ground floor, there is a charming café with a green interior that adds a refreshing touch to the atmosphere. It was a delightful spot to enjoy a coffee or a drink while taking in the relaxing ambiance. However, there were some downsides that should be noted. The shower drainage could use improvement, as there were issues with water not draining properly. Additionally, the breakfast options were somewhat limited in terms of European choices, which may not suit everyone's taste. I suggest to add butter, cereals, yougurt. Overall, this hotel is an excellent option for those seeking spacious accommodations, a peaceful environment, and good connectivity for remote work, with a few minor areas for improvement.

GGuest UserFor the price, exceptional. The room did not entirely match the pictures provided as the balcony provided was very narrow, so narrow in fact that a chair could only fit if placed sideways. The furniture in the room was also not well arranged, placed together at the end of the bed. All in all though, for the price, this is really an unbeatable offer. Staff at the desk were friendly and attentive, we encountered none of the issues with waiting mentioned in other reviews. The room was clean and the location was excellent. Despite a minor complaint about the balcony I wouldn't hesitate to return.

SSiria CappelloI’m sorry to leave a mixed review, especially because the staff were truly kind. Even with limited English, they always tried their best to help, apologized when something went wrong, and looked for solutions. Unfortunately, a few issues made our stay less comfortable. When we arrived slightly early, we had to wait until exactly 2:00 PM to check in, and we were asked to leave either one passport or 100,000 VND as a deposit. We chose the deposit, but it wasn’t the most welcoming start. During our stay, we also had some unexpected situations. On the first night, the fire alarm started ringing for no clear reason, and on our last night there was a power outage, which was quite inconvenient. We also mentioned twice that the towels and bedsheets were stained; they were replaced, but the replacements had stains as well, so in the end we gave up on asking. The laundry service is available but more expensive than many places around, and our clothes were returned damp, with a white T-shirt slightly red stained. The TV remote didn’t have batteries, and the minibar fridge was empty and not working, and they knocked 15 minutes before check-out. On the positive side, the young reception team were always polite and welcoming, the room smelled nice, and we received two small bottles of water every day. I appreciate their effort, but overall the experience didn’t fully meet expectations. In the end, the stay was a bit chaotic, but nothing too bad for young and adaptable travellers like us.
