It’s a new hotel and it seems like they didn’t finish all the construction things, during our stay they were installing the door so we couldn’t use the main entrance of the hotel. On our last day they had a photo shoot of the hotel so all the morning a lot of people were walking everywhere and taking pictures they even asked me to leave the gym because of it. By the way the gym is too small. Also one side of the building is facing the other building under construction, unfortunately we had the room with this view. The sauna is not free. The breakfast’s verity is too poor. But there are some positive things like rooms, since the hotel is new rooms are also new and well furnished. I can recommend the hotel but not now, maybe in a month or two when they fix all the construction things.

The hotel is new, good bed and fresh renovation. We had a room with a view of the mountains, we liked it very much. There are many cafes and restaurants around, the sea is about 5 minutes away. Overall, good value for money. There are not many people by the pool, so there were no problems with sun loungers. It is on the 26th floor and offers a wonderful view.
Moments that I did not really like:
- the cleaning ladies even came in with a ”do not disturb” sign, this is very uncomfortable
- if you do not leave the card in the room, then ”do not disturb” is turned off, accordingly, you cannot influence whether someone will clean without you or not
- there is no cappuccino at breakfast, only a coffee pot and separately cold milk
- when we came for breakfast during rush hour, there were not enough teaspoons for yogurts

The room was big and clean, even had a little ocen view as well (deluxe city view room). The staff was kind and helpful. The location is also great, there are many shops, restaurants, cofee shops nearby and the beach is only a few minutes walk away. Every day we got new coffee, water, towels in the room and cleaning. The pool has also really good view. The breakfast was delicious, there are a lot of things you can choose from. I can only recommend this hotel.

The location is totally strategic! It is a 2-minute walk to the beach. The food nearby is great ! there is a lot of things you can do there by just walking around. Is a bit far to walk to the other side of the town, but just follow the beach and you can reach there by 15 minutes walk.

Ok for the relatively cheap price, small things like a toilet that sometimes refused to work, an ac that seemed to heat up at night, a spa with a cold jacuzzi and a steam room with very little steam. Staff were all very nice and to be fair it is good value for money.

My 3rd time in Vietnam and the hospitality of the staff here is the best! Starting from the reception area, to the housekeeping, and the breakfast crew. Everyone is smiling and are happy to serve the guests.
For the room, I requested for a high floor but didn’t get one (but it’s understandable because of the holiday season - I hope I get it next time :) ) but the ocean view is still great. Room is well maintained and clean.
But the star of the hotel is really the service. So I’d like to give a kudos to the lady and guy who helped me during check in (forgot their names unfortunately), and Paul and Linh who helped me during check out. Amazing service!

Pool is great but there is no parasols or shade so if it’s sunny it’s impossible to chill there. Also to get to the pool you need to climb about 60 stairs.
There is a very big issue with the waiters during the breakfast. They’re constantly trying to do something around your table like picking up the plates or serving the cutleries on my table which I didn’t even ask while I was eating . It’s very embarrassing and made me feel like I’m not welcomed and should get away as fast as possible. I know that probably they were told to do so, like they have to be busy every minute which is not right in my opinion.
We paid for the room with the bathtub but once I tried to fill it in there was not enough hot water. It seems like they have a tank with hot water which became empty while I tried to fill the bathtub in. So what’s the point of the room with the bathtub? However I didn’t have problem with hot water during shower.

We stayed four nights at this place
The first night was at the 5th floor which is quite noisy with the street and the beach bars around
We spent the 3 others nights at the 24th floor after requested a move to the hotel stuff (they did a good job proposing us several options)
The view at the 24th floor is just amazing
The room is confortable and quite large
The hotel has a swimming rooftop as well perfect for chilling
It’s situated very near the beach (just need to cross the road)
It was my birthday and the hotel stuff offered me a birthday cake (very nice from them) 😁

We really enjoyed our stay during the holiday season at Panama Nha Trang! This hotel has a great location right next to the beach of Nha Trang and is located in a predominant tourist area. They do a great job of welcoming you into the hotel and offering you a lemon tea as they check you in and bring your stuff up. Staff are very friendly as well. One thing that I did not anticipate and that I felt was not clearly expressed to me prior to booking was paying the $50/500k deposit. You do receive your money back upon check-out but that was an unexpected fee -especially when they only take cash. Nonetheless, we really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are spacious and modern. The hotel has 30 floors with a great rooftop view on the top deck with pool, and a breakfast buffet on the 3rd floor. The breakfast was quite nice quite a variety of options including dim sum, freshly cooked brunch items, and classic Western breakfast items such as pancakes and eggs. The hotel caters to a lot of tour groups so you can expect busloads of tourists from overseas as well.
I really appreciate the supportive staff when we visited. Unfortunately during our visit, we got scammed by the taxi drivers in the area and he was trying to get us to agree to a drive to the airport. The staff were incredibly supportive in helping us get away from him and we felt really protected from the upsetting experience. We absolutely recommend this hotel again for the staff that goes above and beyond!!

A very nice hotel and amenities. During first night, some hiccups over shower screen door but the counter leader, Thanh was fast enough to arrange necessary check and change of room. Even though I tried ro be a little bit difficult, Thanh was always on a smile to address concern. Thumbs up to the organisation for having Thanh as their employee. Thanh deserved to be praised and rewarded by the hotel organisation for good service attitude.
Room were clean and big. Amenities are good too. Staff are always ready to help as our dad has difficulty walking, the security guard and bell boy there will always rush forward to help and hold our dad when walking up the hotel front entrance stairs. All of the hotel bell boy and security guards deserve to be praised and rewarded by the organisation too. Thank you!

The infinity pool, in particular, offers a perfect setting for unique photo opportunities. Furthermore, the close proximity to the vibrant seafood street—just five minutes away—is a true delight, offering the chance to savor Nha Trang's delectable local seafood.
However, I must note some areas that could use improvement. Acquiring a Grab car service during dinner time proved to be a challenge due to the scarcity of vehicles in the vicinity. The pricing structure within the hotel was also disappointing. After consuming the first 10 bottles of water, each subsequent bottle came with a 10k VND charge. Moreover, the quality of the facilities was subpar, with easily damaged, fragile items that could potentially result in unexpected charges.
A word of caution—do ensure you have sufficient cash on hand, as a deposit of $3M VND is required upon check-in.
Nonetheless, the comfortable bed and overall ambiance contributed to an overall pleasant stay for both me and my companion. Despite the setbacks, our experience here was largely positive.

Yyongho1. I sent a reconfirmation email about the airport pickup service, but there was no response, so I looked for KakaoTalk and received a reconfirmation about the reservation.
2. Don't expect 5-star breakfast. It's 3-star level.
3. It's hard to find a doorman. It seems that the concierge also serves as a doorman.
4. I stayed in a suite for 5 nights, but the Wi-Fi was very weak, so it was difficult.
5. The hotel changed the Wi-Fi password during my stay, but I was flustered because there was no notice, and I even had to reset the TV, so an engineer came and reset it.
6. I requested a late checkout, but when I went out on the day of check-out and went to the room, the card was lost, so I had to go back to the front desk.
7. I had high expectations because it opened in the summer of 2024, but the spacious and high first-floor lobby was empty, and there was only the front desk, and the front desk staff, doormen?, and guests didn't even look at me.
8. I really don't know the standards of a 5-star hotel. - Souvenir shop. Spa. There are no cafes, and the pool and gym are rarely used.
9. However, I would like to praise the breakfast restaurant's suit-wearing male manager? and the front desk's male employee Quong? for their kindness.
10. The pillows are high and hard, so I used a towel as a pillow throughout my stay.
11. The sofas are also too hard, so they are uncomfortable.
12. One of the front desk staff was very rude about the late check-out fee.
13. The reason was clear, considering the low price.

SStefanThis hotel is highly recommended, even for discerning international guests. We felt very comfortable throughout and would have liked to have stayed longer. Very friendly and well-trained staff, exceptionally good cuisine and a very nice, clean and well-kept area. The sea view villas are top quality and very well equipped. We had a problem extending our booking and the very friendly General Manager took care of it personally and solved the problem quickly, easily and to our complete satisfaction. Thanks a lot for this! There really isn't anything to complain about here at the Hotel Amiana, which is why we give it 5 stars, which we rarely award otherwise! A great highlight of our Vietnam trip! A big thank you to the entire staff, you guys are great! ;)

SSSATOWhen checking in, It took several hours for our luggage to be delivered to our room. However, the hotel manager quickly resolved the issue and the staff member who had made the mistake also sincerely apologized to us. We are truly satisfied with the sincere response from the hotel staff. As a result, we had a very good time at this hotel. I would like to stay at this hotel again when I come to Nha Trang. The service and facilities at this hotel were excellent !

It would seem to be a great hotel if not for 2 big minuses: the room was dirty - there was someone else's hair on the floor, the bed linen was wrinkled, it felt like it was not cleaned after the previous guests, there was water in the refrigerator in the room, there were no hints that it was paid. When checking out, they cut 35k dong for it. A trifle, but very unpleasant.

We were very pleased with the hotel! At first glance, I was impressed by its appearance - it stands out from the crowd, especially when illuminated in the evening. This creates an atmosphere of coziness and luxury at the same time.
We booked a room with a sea view, and it was the right decision! The view from the window is simply stunning - every day began and ended with contemplation of the sea. The rooms are clean, cozy and equipped with everything you need. The bed and pillows are great, they provide a sound sleep.
Buffet breakfasts are beyond praise! A wide range of ready-made dishes, lots of greens, fresh vegetables and even grilled vegetables. The restaurant is always delicious, cozy and pleasant.
The children's room is a great solution for families with children. The child was delighted!
Rooftop is a separate story! Sofas, a swimming pool, a stunning view and light background music create the perfect atmosphere for relaxation and, if necessary, work.
The beach is just a 5-minute walk away. Sun loungers and towels (they are provided at the reception) make your beach holiday as comfortable as possible.
The staff is polite, attentive and always ready to help. It feels like guests are valued here.
The hotel pleased me in every sense! This is the best value for money from my experience. I will definitely come back here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant holiday.

AAnonymous UserIt's not up to five-star standards at all, worse than domestic four-stars. The only advantage is that it's very close to Nha Trang Beach and Chenxiang Square. It's surrounded by shops and various restaurants and massage parlors. It's very convenient. It's also close to the island pier and the balcony is small. Standing alone, how do the corridors and balconies look like a five-star hotel? No one at the front desk understands Chinese. Even when I called to ask for two bottles of water, I had no choice but to ask the tour guide to help deliver the water to the room.

보보라돌잉It was really nice that I could easily resolve my needs and complaints in real time via KakaoTalk. After checking in, I laid down on the bed and felt bad because there was a foreign substance on it, but they immediately changed the cover and quickly resolved my complaint, which was nice.
Everyone recommended the hamburger, so I ate it, but I personally liked the pizza better, and the smoothie and juice were also really delicious because they ground fresh fruit right away.
The private beach was too cloudy for snorkeling, so I couldn't see the water well. And the pool inside the resort didn't have enough sunbeds, so it was really uncomfortable because there was no place to rest after playing in the water.
It's close to the city, but there were almost no free pick-ups and drop-offs at nearby massage shops... We couldn't bring in outside food, but we ate craft beer and snacks at the bar inside the resort and were so full that we didn't even think about eating outside food.
Oh! And the breakfast... It wasn't as good as I thought.... I don't know if I was expecting too much, but I've had breakfasts in many countries and at many resorts, and it's average, neither more nor less... Banh Xeo is delicious👍🏻
