Ulasan Wyndham Garden at Niagara Falls

Hotel is very dirty and old. The bed sheet, pillow cases and floor rug are old and dirty. Reception check in service is horrible. The lobby toilet is smelly and dirty. Starbucks in the lobby is not open at all. Bad experience. Nothing is good. Location is acceptable but still a long walk to the Fall.

The elevator kept on stopping in the first floor but wouldn't open. After three times we got off and walked downstairs. The overall appearance was disappointing. Not what we'd expected from Wyndham hotels.

The website had it was 10 dollars a day for parking, before I even received a key I had to pay 19.95 for parking in their lot. The room was really hot, but turning on the air conditioner was really loud, we were unable to sleep. Not to mention the fire alarm or something kept beeping like the batteries were low.

Hotel is in an excellent spot.Lot of eateries near by.Preferred place to stay.

Great location

The room was acceptable, although the exterior wasn't as nice as I'd imagined. Fortunately, it was quiet at night. The biggest advantage was the location, just a few minutes' walk from the waterfall. After enjoying the night view, it was stress-free to walk back.

Good location, hotel room smells very damp

Except for the advantage of being close to the park, the rest are too average, the facilities are very old, and there is no sound insulation. However, the hotels in this scenic area seem to be similar, and none are particularly good.

Stayed for two days, no cleaning, very close to the waterfall park

It is very close to the waterfall park and there is free parking. Very convenient
