Hotel berhampiran Walmart Supercenter, Air Terjun Niagara

Dear Quality Inn, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the theft of my bag during my recent stay at your hotel. I was a guest at your establishment from 5th Aug to 6th Aug . We arrived prior to our check in time and we had to drop our bags off before we head out to do our booked activities and sightseeing in Niagara as we were only staying for a night! The lady at the desk said she’ll place our bags in the room at the back, which she guaranteed is safe where no one can get in except the staff. The bag in question was a black Nike air backpack and contained some of my valuables such as my AirPods Pro, my cables and plugs but mainly my daughters prescribed medication which is not available over the counter. I immediately reported the incident to your front desk staff, who assured me that an investigation would be conducted. However, I have not yet received any satisfactory resolution or information regarding the status of this investigation. When suggesting to check the security cameras, I was told that there is no camera in that room and the hallway camera faced the other way. I had to call the police, who didn’t even turn up immediately. The staff weren’t concerned enough to help as I’m not aware of how to raise this concern legally, and was told by your staff that it’s not their responsibility. As a guest, I entrusted your hotel with my safety and the security of my personal belongings, and I am deeply disappointed that this incident occurred. I request that you take immediate action to thoroughly investigate this matter, including reviewing all security camera footage available and speaking with housekeeping and other relevant staff who had access to that room. Additionally, I would like to know the steps your hotel will take to ensure that such an incident does not happen to other guests in the future. I expect a prompt response and appropriate compensation for the loss of my belongings. Please treat this matter with the utmost urgency. Saya datang semasa wabak, jadi tiada perkhidmatan pembersihan, tetapi hotel ini sangat baru, koridornya sangat cantik, terdapat Starbucks di tingkat satu, tetapi ia ditutup kerana wabak. Ia sangat dekat dengan air terjun. Ia adalah tiga minit memandu. Hotel ini mempunyai tempat letak kereta percuma. Tempat letak kereta di air terjun adalah $10 setiap satu. Belum makan sarapan di hotel. Bilik yang saya duduki sangat besar. Ia adalah bilik sudut dengan dua tingkap besar dari lantai ke siling. Walau bagaimanapun, kerana hotel ini agak pendek, terdapat hanya tiga atau empat tingkat dengan pemandangan purata. Kebersihan keseluruhannya agak baik, iaitu syampu, perapi, gel mandian atau sesuatu yang tidak boleh guna, ia adalah jenis tiga botol yang diisi dengan banyak cecair.

Really close to everything. Nice views from the Hotel. The Hotel is so tall you can see it everywhere!! Rooms were good size and beds were comfortable. 😃

위치, 가격, 조식 모두 마음에 들었지만 방음이 정말 안 되었습니다. 2층으로 낮은 층을 받았지만 다음에 간다면 꼭 4층으로 배정을 받고 싶을 정도로 층간소음이 너무 심합니다

Nice hotel with great staff and very comfortable beds. Pool was very nice and the restaurants were decent. Right across the street from Seneca Niagara ****** and a couple blocks from Niagara Falls.

We arrived at 350pm (official check in at 4) and asked if our two rooms were ready. The front desk person went to check and was gone for an easy ten mins, while we were waiting at the reception area with our kids. They came back and told us one room was ready and one was not, it was now 4pm so we should’ve been able to check in. We asked for free breakfast since the room wasn’t ready and the front desk person said since it’s just barely after 4pm (room wasn’t ready though) they won’t do that. My parents checked into their room and I parked the car with the kids. When we came back they found a different room for us. Even without that, for the price, I think you can find a better hotel. It is clean but the bathroom has a barn door on it that doesn’t block sounds especially the loud toilet flushes and also the door doesn’t block light since it has frosted glass on the door. So if you have kids and want them to sleep this isn’t the room for you. If this place was in the mid $100’s per night then it would be fine, but definitely not worth it for mid $200’s.

Good location! It's walking distance to Niagara Falls State Park about 6 min. The room was big enough, a little outdated room but the bed was great and comfortable. It's perfect place if you are looking for an affordable room just for sleep. Generally, hotels in NY side of Niagara Falls are outdated to compare to Canadian side. I am satisfied with this stay!

The location is great, close to niagara falls, cafes and casinos. The room was clean except for the sink, which didn't let water in, and the closet with the ironing board, which hadn't been dusted for a long time. The pool is very small for such a big hotel. We did not like the breakfast, there was little food, at the next table, the family did not get breakfast and the manager said that nothing to do with that, it was strange for a Hyatt hotel.

Room was clean and hotel put us on higher floor so we got a better view. Small coffee maker in the room. Double beds in room are comfortable. The drainage in our bath room was not working well, after informing the front desk, they sent their maintenance staff Rafael to check within minutes. A very short walk to the falls and linked way over to Canada. There is a tourist information counter on ground floor and saw some tourists engaged guides for their day out. Very simple breakfast served from 7am - 10am but good enough for my family. Have free coffee and hot water dispenser on ground floor available for guests. Overall a satisfying stay.
