The staff was helpful. But my room was on the first floor, there're some flies in it.

Not what I expected, the room is ok for a night stay more than that I suggest to consider more nearer to the falls

Terrible hotel and the first hotel that has no fridge in the room. If you want a fridge cost $10 what a shame. The hotel is not worth it with money at all. The air-conditioning is very noises and have to turned it off. Welcome to Canada hotel at Niagara fall.

None of the locks for the ENTIRE hotel worked. Had to get the front desk person to let us in to our room every time we went out and came back. General area is not well kept. Advertised a heated pool, the pool was empty of water and run down, not maintained and (obviously) unusable. Was not notified of the $20/night parking fee in advance. Advertised 2 restaurants - there is one close to the hotel, however the eating area in the hotel was not operational and looked abandoned. TV did not work. Management was unreachable.

1st floor you have to always close the curtain, otherwise you will see cars outside next to your room.

Convenient on booking, you get what you paid for

Affordable and good

The room was not very clean, had a musty smell, was damp, and was not clean. There were few amenities. In general, it smelled bad.

It took about 20 minutes to walk to Niagara Falls. There is a pizza shop on the premises so we had dinner there! The safety was not bad! I used Uber from the airport!

The location is close to tourist attractions and safe as it is in a downtown area. There is no breakfast so you have to buy it nearby. I had to ask for a towel the next day, and they said they would get it right away, but they didn't give it to me, so I asked again in the evening and finally got it. The room is spacious

Not bad, very close to the waterfall.
