Check in took a while as the receptionist was busy on the phone. Room is clean and functional. Roommates all very quite and respectful. Bar staff very friendly and helpful. Good location 5 mins from Centre Ville train station and 15 mins walk from Jean Medecin tram station. Nice lounge to chill at.

The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to answer questions and give tips about the area. I appreciated their effort to make guests feel welcome. The facilities were okay, nothing fancy – basic rooms, shared bathrooms that could use a bit of updating. Everything was functional.

Good: - Spacious reception - Free water and coffee - Cleaned well - Easy to find - Good food Bad: - If on high bunk, no little storage bucket. - I arrived late at night. The reception asked for payment, and since I was tired, I just paid. They put me in a 5-bed dorm. The next morning, I remembered that I had pre-paid months ago for a 4-bed dorm. When I showed my booking to the reception, they passed it to the manager, who refunded me—but without any message or explanation. I ended up staying in the 5-bed dorm, as it wasn’t a major issue overall.

They are charging 5 euros for the towel. Also, it seems like they don’t have a noise policy, which would be a nightmare for someone who has trouble sleeping.

Superb location, easily accessible by tram and train. Modern, comfortable rooms and very clean.

10mins walk to tram station, and 20mins to airport by tram Hostel with nice view, nice staff with free hot drink and the room was clean with toilet inside I really love the city view from the room, as well as Nice!

I traveled alone. First day, I paid tax But one reception staff told me that you need to pay something else…strongly. I paid 65€ I was feeling something weird. Next day I asked another staff. The receptionist took mistake different price. After that it was refunded later by credit card. This is very bad. If I had not said anything, I would have lost money. And also, in the room a lot of mosquitoes :(((((((like over 10 mosquitoes 🦟 We all got mosques bites:((((((( One of girl got mosquitoes bites on the face… I’ve never had that experience… I moved another room. There are no mosquitoes

Worst hostel I've ever stay in France, shower head is broken, asked front desk to change but he said unable to change need to wait another day. The aircond is not working and the room is freaking hot. Stay away from this, the only good thing is near to train station

I had an incredible stay at the hostel! The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The common areas were vibrant and perfect for meeting fellow travelers.
