Bardzo dobry hotel położony w centrum Nicei. Wszędzie blisko spacerem. Do Promenady Anglików tylko pare kroków. Bardzo wygodne łóżka dobrze zorganizowany pokój. Śniadania w restauracji na 8 pietrze z widokiem na dach Nicei. Bufet śniadaniowy bardzo bogaty z daniami na ciepło (jajecznica, kiełbaski , bekon) oraz na zimno wędliny, przepyszne sery, warzywa, owoce oraz znakomite słodkie wypieki i dżemy. Jedyny minus to słabej jakości kawa.
Wygodne lobby z duża ilością miejsc do posiedzenia. Niestety nie mieliśmy czasu skorzystać z basenu i spa. Ogólne bardzo dobre wrażenie hotelu psuje niesympatyczna i mało pomocna obsługa recepcji. Zameldowanie trwało bardzo długo i było najgorszym doświadczeniem z pobytu w tym hotelu. Obsługa śniadania była bardzo dobra, pomocna i miła.

This is a really nice hotel. The room we were upgraded to had a balcony, was big, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and charming — always wishing you, ‘Good day’ or ‘Good night’. The walk to the centre takes about 15 minutes but there are lots of good restaurants and shops immediately around the place. The sea is a five minute walk. We felt looked after and relaxed. The rooftop bar has great views across the city and the rooftop pool, while small, must be blissful in the summer.
The only very slight negative was the slim shower screen that made it difficult not to wet the bathroom floor.
All in all a super hotel.

Big thanks to the nice crew with excellent service - front desk, valet parking, repairman, bar staff. Great location. We love the rooftop jacuzzi and bar vibes, valet parking, TV with bbc channel.

We stayed in this hotel at least 20 times in the last 15 years. It has never been like this. I do suggest the management to fix this terrible service and rooms

Our stay was lovely! The staff were extremely hospitable. At first we were placed in a old fashioned room that looked completely different to the website, but we were quickly upgraded to a deluxe modern room, after raising a query. It was within 10 minutes walking distance of the beach, food and shops. A prime location and the rooftop views and pool were a great addition as well as the spa facilities which were open till quite late. I would definitely stay again.
