The hotel's location is great, very close to the train station and only a 10-minute walk to the beach. The hotel design and hygiene are also excellent, with rooms cleaned daily. The staff are friendly and helpful. I'd love to stay here again.

Great location! It's a five-minute walk from the train station and ten minutes to the beach. The breakfast is plentiful, and they offer a simple afternoon tea, hot water, and popcorn. The room was quiet and comfortable for sleeping, and there's an elevator for convenience and safety.

room is nice and cozy but slightly under equipped. there is only one bin the toilet, no facial tissue and no bin in the room at all. shower pressure was very low and it was difficult to shower. the hot water flow is not consistent, it turns hot and cold, it was really hard to shower. breakfast is simple but sufficient. the staff were all really kind and polite.

Good location to train station and restaurants, with a lovely balcony. Staff are nice and the breakfast exceeds my expectation. ❤️
Just the air-conditioning leaves room for improvement.

Close to Nice Ville railway station and also Medecin tram station (which goes to airport). Room amenities are basic. Breakfast is normal. Free popcorn at ground floor.

Nice and clean hotel near the railway station. Friendly staff.
Big and quiet room with balcony, comfortable beds.
Wifi was fast.
Breakfast was quite french - croissants, yogurt, boiled eggs and so on, coffee and juice, simple but tasty.

The room was clean. Breakfast was limited to bread and ham, but the freshly squeezed orange juice was delicious.

Good location, close proximity to tram station, main highstreet and walking distance to the beach. Breakfast was of expected quality. Staffs were friendly and multi-lingual. Would come back for the next visit.
