The receptionist was welcoming and willing to help. Nice building, room ok, with necessary supplies and appliances, the floor a little sticky. Parking is a headache not only for the hotel but in the entire city…

Plane was delayed and staff waited up to greet us at 2am to check in. Conversational staff with good English. Room was clean and well-made. However, no soap in the bathroom. Air-con was also a bit temperamental, but staff helped when asked, even late at night. A 9 euro breakfast was offered per person, which you book and pay for when you’re there. A nice touch was the reception staff providing a cork opener and glasses for a bottle of wine we had bought from the local Aldi round the corner. Staff also advised on nice places to eat locally, where prices wouldn’t be too high. Proximity to the beach was nice, just a 20 minute walk away. Overall, friendly and affordable hotel who are very accommodating.

A wonderful oasis . Needed a break and chose this hotel . Wonderfully charismatic with the low volume jazz playing in the background to complement the pictures of jazz greats that line the staircase. Rooms were impeccably clean and tidy. The staff friendly and always willing to engage and be helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone .K

Fantastic hotel - great location; Nice Ville station is a 3 min walk away for day trips to Villefranche-Sur-Mer, Monaco, Ventimiglia and the tram is nearby to traverse Nice and the Old Town. Plenty of shops, cafes, ice-cream parlours nearby and the Jean-Medecin route towards the beach is only a 20 minute walk (or 30 mins if you go slow!). The hotel has a chilled-out jazz retro feeling - jazz musicians pictured on the wall and you can hear saxaphone in the morning going down the staircase. Wonderful ambience and there is a cute garden at the back to do a DIY picnic. Rooms are very clean and air conditioned - compact, but fine to chill out in as well. However, the greatest aspect is how kind and wonderful everyone at Hotel Parisien is - I was ill through most of the trip with flu and Salim and team were great; housekeeping did not disturb when I had to stay in bed and Salim offered tea, fruit and to help - a lovely, kind hearted man who does everything he can to make guests feel comfortable... Salim is simply the best. Amazing people, great place - warm, kind and fun :)

Very cozy and quaint hotel nearby the train station. Owner Adel has excellent customer service, delicious breakfast for only 9 euros - very fresh croissants. We would definitely go back again. They accommodated everything we needed to do, and stored our luggage during our tour.

Much about this hotel is great. Location in a quiet street close to the station, good beds and air conditioning, clean rooms and bathrooms. Simple, but good breakfast. But the family room we stayed in was simply too small. It is manageable for a few nights, but there is very limited storage and no place to put larger bags.

After EJ cancelled our flight and overbooked the hotel accommodation they were obligated to provide, leaving us without anywhere to stay at a very late hour, we checked into the Hotel Parisien at very short notice. Salim on reception was extremely helpful with our situation and eased our journey as much as he could

I had the best time at this hotel. I stayed two weeks on my own. The hotel is clean, in a great location (walking distance from the train station), the staff took care of all my needs including laundry several times during my stay. All of the staff were incredibly friendly. I truly felt like I was staying with good friend or family. I look forward to going back and can't recommend it enough!
