A small basic hotel close to Nice Gare. The internal heater in the room is too hot and the water pressure in the 🚿 is not strong. Double room is not spacious.

The hotel is very close to Nice train station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. For traveling in the South of France, being near the train station is crucial. Plus, breakfast is included at this price, so I have to say it offers excellent value for money.

Excellent location, near Nice-Ville train station. Staff are very lovely and the hotel is clean and well maintained.

The hotel is very conveniently close to the train station, it is quite easy to travel along the coast with the regional train. The hotel room is good and clean. There are many amenities such as kettle, coffee and tea. The bathroom is also as the similar size as the sleeping room, which is a plus as per other single room use in other hotels.

Everything was good, the hotel ticked all the boxes (500 meters from Jean Médecin), except that breakfast was adequate and unsurprising. A little fruit would have been welcome, and items needed to be restocked frequently.

Good hotel near the centre. Breakfast was ok but it would be better if they refill the eggs and other food faster. Sometimes need to wait a long time for it

Love the hot shower, and clean and quiet A bit far from the main tourist spots if U go with public transportation like me.

It was a small hotel but it was very central. Really close to the train station. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Staff was nice. Cheese, butter, croissant, jams were delicious.

I am writing this review to document an unresolved issue regarding a booking made via a third-party platform, in the hope that it will be properly addressed. According to my booking confirmation and payment receipt, I was charged in full for two rooms under the same booking. On 15 December at around 7:00 PM, I called the hotel front desk directly to request the cancellation of one room. During the phone call, the hotel staff confirmed that one room was successfully cancelled before the free cancellation deadline. Based on this confirmation, I reasonably expected a refund for the cancelled room. However, despite the cancellation being confirmed by the hotel, no refund has been processed to date. Later, during my communication with customer service, I was informed that only one room booking could be located in the system, even though I was clearly charged for two rooms. I was then asked to provide internal supplier reference numbers (such as WebBeds references), which were never shared with me by either the hotel or the booking platform. As a guest, I have no access to these internal reference numbers and no way of obtaining them on my own. To summarise my experience: I was charged for two rooms One room was cancelled successfully by the hotel within the allowed free cancellation period No refund has been issued for the cancelled room I am being asked to provide internal reference numbers that were never made available to me I believe I followed the correct and reasonable procedure by contacting the hotel directly and cancelling within the permitted timeframe. If there is a discrepancy between payment records and supplier systems, this should be handled internally rather than passed on to the guest. I sincerely hope this matter can be reviewed properly and that clear guidance or a refund will be provided. Until then, this experience has unfortunately affected my overall impression of the booking process and post-booking support.

The facilities are new, the staff is very enthusiastic, and the breakfast offers a good variety.

The location is excellent, right by the station. There's a laundry and a convenience store nearby. Across the street, you'll find a car rental company in the parking lot. Lime bikes are also available for rent in the vicinity, making it easy to reach other destinations.

The room had excellent soundproofing, and the breakfast was plentiful.

super dirty, towels smelled like urine. mold in bathroom. hairs all over bedsheets . yellow stains all over bathroom curtain & toilet seat. don't bother asking for another room as they are all the same.
