SeeHuus Lifestyle Hotel

It would have been nice if we were informed that there was no hot water. We were looking forward to a hot shower after a 7 hour drive. Still not fixed in the morning. We were given a 15 % discount on our bill. Should have been told when we checked in.

Nice updated hotel, staff not very friendly.

This was our first experience at a beach location of the Baltic Sea. Although the hotel's website is not in English, the staff at the hotel were very kind in conversing with us in English. Everyone was very professional. Perhaps it was COVID and/or cultural differences but there was no real warmth at this hotel. We were slightly frustrated with breakfast. It was held in settings and by the time we checked-in to the hotel, the only time available was closer to late morning-lunch for the entire time we were booked. Alternative options were given - eating from our room (okay not great for EUR43) and we later found out (which worked out better) eating outside on the Strand. Options at breakfast was fine but nothing to blow you away. It must be challenging for the staff as it is not a full buffet service but you have to let them know what to put on your plate. They really did their best. The room was nice and comfortable. The pool is great. There is a free COVID testing centre and a place to hire bikes in front of the hotel. This hotel is not located near any shopping. I thought this was a plus but might affect some people's decision. For the price paid we expected more - we thought the prices were quite comparable with hotels in Switzerland (not on the beach of course!) with warmer service. For example, there was a coffee and tea service in the afternoon. It would have been nice if this was complimentary which it is, even in hotels in Zermatt. One other thing that bothered us was that those Strandkorb (?) you see on their website are not free and not part of the hotel. They need to be rented separately.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel direkt am Strand der Ostsee gelegen.Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und die Sitzplätze im Freien waren traumhaft schön. Unser Zimmer im 4. Stock, mit Meerblick, ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Der Spa-Bereich war noch nicht geöffnet. Gleichwohl kann ich Ihr Haus ohne Einschränkung weiter empfehlen.

Soweit alles sauber.Schöner seitlicher Meerblick. Leider kann man in dem Hotel Abends nicht mehr im Restaurant essen (vor Corona war dies ein super Restaurant).Eine Bar um Abends mal nett dort zu sitzen, gibt es zwar, aber leider nicht in Betrieb.Es gibt zwar eine Kooperation mit einem anderen Restaurant, aber man hat nicht immer Lust das Hotel zu verlassen….sehr schade

Gutes Frühstücksbuffet, schöner Frühstücksraum, schnelle und höfliche Bedienung, alles sauber, moderne Zimmer mit gutem Bad und Balkon, parken in der Tiefgarage, direkt am Strand, und das alles zu einem attraktiven Preis, klasse!!!

In zwei E-Mails hatte ich vorab bekanntgegeben, dass ich mir ein sehr ruhiges!! Zimmer möglichst ganz oben und definitiv nicht in der Nähe vom Aufzugs wünsche. Welches Zimmer wurde mir zugeteilt? Selbstverständlich, dass direkt neben den Aufzügen!. Als Alternative war nur noch ein Zimmer im ersten Stock möglich, welches den Nachteil hatte, dass man einen Dauerton evtl. durch Gebläse von der Klimaanlage oder ähnliches hörte. Interessant war, dass es für mich als alleinreisende ältere Frau nicht möglich war, noch ein besseres Zimmer zu gbekommen, aber für ein Paar, was hinter mir eincheckte und genauso über das zugeteilte Zimmer meckerte, war es überhaupt kein Problem, ein besseres Zimmer zu bekommen. Altersdiskriminierung? Sexistisch? Auch mein Angebot in eine höhere Kategorie zu wechseln, wurde nicht angenommen. Da ich keines der beiden Zimmer haben wollte, hatte ich angeboten, kostenfrei zu stornieren und zurück nach Hause zu fahren. Aber das wollte die Hoteldirektorin nicht, die noch nicht mal die Güter hatte mit mir persönlich zu sprechen, sondern mir das über ihre Angestellte mitteilen, liest. Kundenservice?! Kennt das Hotel nicht!! Der uralte hochfloeige Teppich in den Zimmern und in den Gängen empfinde ich schlichtweg als ekelhaft und unhygienisch. Gesamturteil - Ganz sicher nie wieder Seehuus!

Das SeeHuus hat eine tolle LAge, direkt an der Strandpromenade. Wir haten ein Zimme rzur Seeseite und das war super eingerichted, viel Stauraum in den Schränken und hatte eun tolles Badezimmer. Das Personal war während des gesamten Aufenthalts sehr nett, zuvorkommend und hat uns einen tollen Service geboten!
