I often use this hotel because it's cheaper than using a shuttle to get home when I go out drinking in Furumachi! The front desk staff are also very kind.

There are many restaurants in the area and tourist attractions are close by, so I was able to enjoy a lot of things. Best of all, the price was reasonable. I will use it again if I have the opportunity.

The location of the hotel is a bit far from the station, but there are buses that can go near the door. The buses are very convenient. There is a shopping street in front of the hotel, which is very convenient for eating and shopping.

Amenity is placed in rexeption. You can pick it up if you need it. Check in is quick and easy to communicate with. Convenient, surrounded by restaurants and shopping streets.

It was a little far to walk from Niigata Station, but the drink service was helpful. The room was clean and nice.

Convenient transportation, location in the center, and all necessary facilities

I was on a solo long trip from Azumino City, Nagano Prefecture to Niigata (250-300km one way), and for safety reasons, I stayed at the hotel for one night. I was also able to park my motorcycle at the hotel, which was very helpful.

The staff were very nice, but the room was dusty and the sheets had what appeared to be blood stains and other stains, making it unsanitary and unacceptable.

The room is small. It's a bit far from the station. The other services are good.
