Ulasan Niigata City Hotel

This was my first stay here, and the service was truly impeccable. The selection of amenities available at the front desk, along with the welcome drinks, was very generous. It rained throughout our two-day visit, but the staff were very accommodating and kindly lent us umbrellas. Breakfast was also absolutely delicious.

Good for solo travelers. Local shops are overpriced.

I would definitely stay here again. Thank you very much.

Breakfast was excellent.

There were manga comics available so I could kill time by reading them. The massage chairs were also very comfortable. I don't usually eat breakfast, but there was a lot to choose from, so I had miso soup and tea.

It was a little old. Also, there was a parking fee...I hadn't had to pay at the other places I'd stayed.

There was a large public bath, plenty of amenities, and the food was delicious. The location was also great, close to Furumachi.

The affiliated parking lot was a 5-minute walk from the hotel, but I was able to park cheaply. It was a shame that the free ochazuke service from 9 p.m. had already ended when I went there at 10 p.m.

Although the building is not new, it was well-cleaned and the front desk staff was friendly. I was quietly happy that they served ochazuke in the evening! Breakfast was also great, with a well-balanced selection of side dishes and salads. Also, I was tired from traveling long distances, so I was grateful to be able to use the massage chair.

There is a bar area right outside the hotel, so I often go there. The room is good or bad, but I think it is enough. It would be even better if there was a little more time for check-out.

Although some parts feel a little old, it has been renovated quite nicely. I stayed there without meals, but it didn't bother me.

I wish the front desk was closed for a shorter period of time.

Even if you call the front desk, it will not connect depending on the time zone I want you to at least transfer it
