Ulasan Kinugawa Park Hotels

The exterior of the hotel is pretty, but the interior of the hotel is dated and needs a bit of updating. There were parts of the hotel that were completely shut down (maybe there are saving up enough money to one day renovate). However the facilities and rooms are well maintained and the onsens are beautiful and peaceful. There are 2 main onsens, that are separated by men and women. Each day the onsens are switched, in the morning you will go to one, and in the evening before dinner you can experience the other onsen. Onsite there is a really nice restaurant and gift shop that featured local products at reasonable prices. There is a 24 hour coffee/tea station that is free to use. It's a short 10 minute walk from Kinugawa Onsen Station. When you arrive they provide you a yukata to wear while you are staying at the hotel. The rooms are spacious with options for a western bed or japanese style (sleeping on the floor). We opted for the western bed to be higher off the ground as we thought it would be colder to sleep on the ground. Although the rooms are very well heated and was a bit too warm, that we needed to open the window to cool the room down. The rooms have nice views of the countryside. They provide a pitcher of ice water in the room and you can go to the front desk to refill with ice if more is needed. The bathroom is quite large and has both a shower and toilet in a separate room of the bathroom; although we mostly bathed in the onsen. There is a 7-eleven nearby that was open 24 hours, but otherwise there isn't much else around the hotel. Also the town of Kinugawa Onsen closes quite early, around 8pm it's quite deserted. We were there at the end of November 2024, and it seemed that the hotel was mostly unoccupied, so we felt like we had the place to ourselves. It was a very nice one night stay.

Tolles Onsen Hotel das schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Wir hatten einen privaten Onsen draußen der wirklich schön war. Leider gab es etwas Verständigungsprobleme sowohl beim ein und auschecken, was aber nicht weiter schlimm war. Die Betten auf den Tatami Matten waren sehr bequem und das Zimmer allgemein ausgestattet mit allem qas man brauchte, sogar Kaffeemaschine und Teekocher.

客室露天風呂がとても気持ち良くて、お部屋の中でゆったりした時間を過ごせます。 旅館にある温泉やプールもとても気持ちよかったです。 旅館の方々も、とても親切でした。

除了莫名其妙吃了一頓全素食晚餐和早餐外，整體温泉酒店還不錯。 但是誰要去温泉酒店吃素食呢……回程後聯繫了攜程平台詢問原因，到底是代理下單的問題還是酒店的問題。反饋速度倒是很快，兩天裏打了好幾個電話彙報進度，且願意承擔一部分退款，但一直沒有告知我們想知道的原因，到底問題出在了哪裡？

第二次入住，第一次住的洋式房，房間很大，很新。第二次帶父母入住，選擇傳統日式房，打開窗户可見雪山跟山川。服務人員態度非常好，體驗感很好，晚上會有工作人員主動幫忙鋪床。餐廳氛圍很好，每家一個固定位置，晚餐早餐都提前準備好。但包餐默認是素的，如果要換肉的記得提早跟客服説

Отель для японских пенсионеров. Купальник очень хорошие. Кайсеки завтрак очень разнообразный. Персонал очень очень приятный.

酒店房間大，位置方便，近車站，服務妥當，有戶外溫泉浴池，食物可以但無大驚喜，入住當日非假日，客人少，十分清靜。

Просторный номер в традиционном стиле. В номере было всего 2 полотенца, и для душа, и для посещения рёкеана. У нас был оплачен только номер, и мы хотели с вечера оплатить завтрак. Но сделать это не удалось - нам отказали на стойке ресепшен аргументировав тем, что на завтрак надо записываться заранее (но куда еще раньше, если не накануне вечером?) Онсен небольшой, а перед ним многочисленные зоны мастерклассов
