Ulasan Nikko Kanaya Hotel

Been visiting family in Tokyo for 6 weeks and finished our holiday with 2 night stay in Nikko. What a wonderful place to end our time in Japan. Hotel beautiful, service impeccable, food delicious and two perfect old fashion and sidewinder cocktails mixed in the cosy bar. Look forward to hopefully returning next year .

Historic old hotel near major shrines and Shinkyo bridge. Unique to the area. Not a chain hotel.

Arriving at the train station, I found out the shuttle bus for the hotel wouldn't arrive for another 45 minutes, so we opted to walk there. It takes about half an hour but going uphill in the blazing sun was a bit torturous. The driveway is also very steep, so beware if you have a lot of baggage. Hotel has a wealth of history. It hosted a lot of famous guests in the early 20th century. Modern hotels are sterile in comparison. It's an old building, so is draughty and full of ancient furniture. This may be a turnoff for some but I found it completely charming.

The location is very good for sightseeing and quiet. We expected more proactive service in a 4-star-hotel. (We had to make up our beds on our own, even after confirmation that the room should be cleaned up. Surprising in a 4-star-hotel.) The facilities are historic, yes, but also not well cared. It is a shame that the wooden furniture or the wooden elements like window sills are not renovated.

Fantastic historical hotel, quite Unique. Delightful art work and wooden carvings. Surprisingly the menu seemed to be only in Japanese.

上個世紀諸如愛因斯坦等名人都住過的酒店，酒店裡有一個歷史展廊還有博物館 乾淨，服務也很好會親自領客人到房間門口，而且房間相對於日本酒店算很大了 但缺點是設施比較舊，小電視和兩張小床，而且床邊沒有插座衹能在桌子上充電 適合短暫一兩天體驗，不適合長住，但也沒人來日光長住

是一家有歷史氛圍的酒店，如果你的英語、日語不錯會體驗更多。離神橋很近。酒店服務迴應及時，態度也良好。好評的西餐確實不錯，霜降牛排口感驚艷，日本紅鱒初不起眼，實際還喜歡它了哈哈，總之兩款套餐都挺滿意。早餐則是樸素的碳水滿足感，黃油不錯。兩餐都給滿意分。豪華間面積大設備較新，床品柔軟寬厚。其它如衞浴熱水，洗護用品，空調温度、房間異味等都沒什麼不滿。離店去遊玩寄存了行禮，歸來時請酒店幫呼喚出租車，由於晚高峯導致沒有預約到車，但酒店服務員一直很努力的在撥打電話，最後還十分抱歉，給了出租車公司卡片以備我們後續使用。總之是去日光推薦入住的酒店。

歷史悠久的酒店，環境優美歷史氣息濃郁，西式餐飲是一大特色，令人回味無窮，酒店離各個景點距離不遠，步行便捷！

工作人員服務態度好，房間舒適寬敞，Family Bath看着不大池子不大，但足夠深，完全可以滿足一家三口（兩大一小）一起泡澡的需求。

クラシックな雰囲気と丁寧な接客で、とても良い時間を過ごすことができました。 文化財に泊まるという、なかなかできない経験ができたし大満足です。

酒店地理位置優越就在神橋旁，對面就是二寺一社，逛景點非常方便，150年歷史的酒店提供的晚餐是法餐，早餐也是西式，蠻不錯的。房間浴室很小設施有點簡陋。還有不少名人住過。

憧れの金谷ホテルに！ 歴史を感じるクラシックホテルでした。 部屋は古さは感じるけど、水回りも含めて綺麗でした。 そして朝食とディナーは、本当に美味しかった。 日光東照宮も日光駅も徒歩圏内でお買い物しながら歩いてたらあっとゆうまでした。 17時頃チェックインしたら、ちょうどホテルツアーをしていたので途中からですが参加しました。 ホテルの歴史を聞けてこれもとても楽しかったです。 また是非お伺いしたいです。

憧れの金谷ホテルに宿泊できて良かったです。 館内の設え、ホテルスタッフのサービスは最高でした。 ホテルスタッフによる館内ツアーサービスがあり、このホテルの歴史や特長、宿泊した著名人などの説明をしていただきました。改めてホテルの素晴らしさを知ることが出来ました。 夫婦の一生の思い出になります。 またいつか泊まりに来たいです。

Geweldig hotel met veel historie. Heerlijk ontbijt ook. Locatie is praktisch en er is een shuttle service (gratis) naar het treinstation. De kamers in het hoofdgebouw zijn wel wat gedateerd maar dat is logisch. Ze zijn wel ruim en comfortabel.
