I enjoyed the staying.
Pros: in the heart of Hanling old street, lots of things to do just at a walking distance. Nice rooms. I stayed in the multi-level room, with beds upstairs and bathroom and a lovely tea room with sofa, chair (other rooms may have wooden table and chairs) overlooking the internal court. There is a little balcony with two chairs and table. They provided a big 5 liter bottle of water which is great.
Cons: rooms not sound proof... it was difficult to reach staff when needed (still do not know the wifi password!). TV could not play an mp4 from my memory stick (an HDMI cable would have been nice).

到那裡被設計吸引很簡約但是很有格調裏面每一
件裝飾擺件都凸顯老闆娘的眼光房間很新很乾凈東西都是很貴的或者是有品牌的都能寵物友好真的太棒了而且前廳的咖啡店王鶴棣還來打過卡後面的滑梯他也拍過照可真是無心插柳了 環境鬧中取靜三天兩夜我們住的很開心全家都很滿意院子裏喝喝下午茶曬曬太陽門口老街直接吃飯小吃一應俱全店員小哥哥也很nice長的有點像王鶴棣的哈哈哈來來往往很多人都來咖啡店打卡我洗面奶忘記帶了老闆娘還把她的給我用還拿了小點心給我女兒給我們用了她新買的悶茶壺超熱情周到的她也有衹邊牧叫奶粉養在店裡超級乖雖然衹有三間房的民宿但是真的超美隨便哪裡都很出片而且老闆娘説還可以包棟私密性就更好了朋友看我發的朋友圈都説很贊要來下次來寧波還要住這裏

位置在景區裏面，會有接駁車來接，很貼心。民宿門口就有一條小河，所以大家帶喜歡水的狗狗還是先別著急鬆開😂不然就會像我一樣得到一條落水狗。民宿工作人員服務到位，給我們馬上拿了一次性浴巾給狗擦水。大大點贊。民宿不管白天還是晚上都環境優雅很有氛圍。房間內部有個不到兩平米的小院，雖然很小但是佈置得不錯，房間也不會悶了。唯一不太好的問題是房間的投影儀有點low，操作不便。

房型： 訂的複式套房更是讓我驚喜不已。樓下樓上都貼心地配備了床和暖氣，住得格外舒適。
早餐：給我帶來了很大的驚喜。品類豐富多樣，葷素搭配得恰到好處，尤其是蔬菜沙拉，食材新鮮爽口，調味也超讚。
服務：更是沒得説！這家民宿對寵物非常友好，這一點真的太加分了。店裡的李白小狗超級温順、粘人，一見到它心情就變得超好。
還有甜久老闆，熱情好客又友善，就像多年的老友一樣，給我們提供了很多遊玩建議，讓我們的旅程更加豐富多彩。

I am a foreigner, and this accommodation has been very pleasant. The breakfast is one of the best at a hotel I’ve ever had, absolutely delicious, and the coffee is really good and aromatic. The staff are friendly and kind, the room is aesthetic and well-presented. It is a bit small, but it is enough. The bookstore below creates a homely and cozy vibe, and I would like to come back again in the future. Certainly an experience which is value for money!

This was, without a shadow of the doubt, one of the best experiences and certainly the best one in China. The hotel is brand new and has been built with highest quality materials. Both the design and scale of the project, conference centre next door is being finished, are impressive to say the least. Service was fantastic with extremely helpful and polite staff. Food... amazing variety and high quality! We took our bikes to cycle around the lake, so the location for us could not be better. Close to the lake but in a nice and quiet spot, in contrary to many other hotels on the other side of the lake. Pretty cool swimming pool with smallish fitness area attached. The on-site café with outside area was very cozy but we only tried cakes and tea, not sure about the quality of their coffee. Overall, highly recommended! As we live locally, we will definitely consider coming back.

評過前面那間了，這間的佈局除了衞生間的功能分佈不太一樣，其他的都差不多。
床依然鬆軟，淋浴間水還也很大，夜間隔音還是不錯。但是有個問題，這間房的空調不太給力。一樣開30度，隔壁的房間已經很熱了，但是這間的温度就是上不去，偶爾還覺得有點低。
睡的還挺踏實的，總體滿意。

環境清幽空氣好，傢俱風格擺設搭配也很合適，望越辦越好。在外面出差比較多，酒店也住了不少，然後有一些誠懇小建議，望店家採納：
1、可能住客不完全是過來旅遊，也有商務的，那麼全靠頂燈照明肯定不行，衹要添置一個風格搭配的小枱燈也就夠辦公需要了，不影響佈置。
2、酒店客房還是相對挺乾淨衞生的。但是樓層低，旁邊是小樹林，小蟲不可避免，也很理解，可能平時客房沒住客時候放一些蟑螂葯這種？畢竟看到還是感官不好。
3、外面路口是否要加點指示牌？酒店位置比較深，確實外面看不到。

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel had some wonderful review which actually led me to book it for the first time . This was my third visit to the property. Based on my experience over the three visit which were rather lengthy this hotel’s target market is predominantly local market . If compared to their international franchise 4 star peers the hotel lacks in many areas.
1. They offer a good spread of buffet breakfast but the assortment is mostly focused on locals guests . The selection seldom changes.
2. The bakery products offered were not fresh . Found to be cold and stale
3. Fresh fruits were found to be mixed with stale ones , not sure if they used the ones from the previous days .
4. House keeping was not the best , often found coffee-tea cups not cleaned or replaced .
5. Requested for in room complimentary coffee instead of tea . They sell coffee pouches at lobby, but instead they ask me to go down and ask for coffee at the lobby.
6. The small gym does not have any sanitiser tissue to clean the equipment before use .
7. At the lobby they have a cafe which is also the office for the hotel management staff. In the evening the area is completely mosquito infested , difficult to sit even for 5 minutes .
8. The hotel turned off the Cookson’s system , inside room temperature went up to 29 degree C. After repeated request they did something but that also did not take the temperature below 24 Degrees.
9. The hotel needs serious consideration about training the lobby staffs . A simple way to explain is their face is curved in stone . No emotion!
10. They need to review their safety protocol, they sent my guest directly to the room without even asking .
For many my comments may not matter for some it may . I have spent almost 10 days on my last visit so I can’t ignore those .
The best part of the stay was Mary ( forgot to ask her position). I think she’s the manager . She is the ideal face of a hotel . She has been the most pleasant and supportive among all the staffs at the hotel.

PPengguna TetamuNice resort for families with lots of activities for the little ones. Highlight was the service and all staff were friendly especially Mona who also spoke English well and shared her wechat and checked with us everyday to ensure our stay was pleasant. Bon fire and fireworks for Chinese new year were an added bonus. Mona also helped us book a BBQ tent which was a nice experience by the lake. The play area is large and could use a facelift as some areas seem dated. Buffet breakfast was nice with the usual fare and a nice touch to give the kids a small gift when they clean their plates. Although it’s winter, the temperature was quite warm and the room AC could only be used as a heater which made the room too warm so we turned off the AC and left the windows open. Car parking was mostly full during the holidays but we managed to get a slot to charge the electric car. Overall a pleasant stay.

JJV71Welcome was amazing with a warm cookie that was delicious even on a hot day, and it was hot. Check in was smooth and the receptionist was friendly and welcoming and assisted us with a friendly smile and efficiency. I would definitely recommend it and I am sure to visit again soon. Thank you Double Tree by Hilton Chunxiao. Ohh, the all you can eat buffet has a full variety of flavors and food with ice cold beers to cool you down!!!!👍

PPengguna TetamuTop in terms of location, facilities, staff friendliness and room standards. Zero stars for the quality of the dining experience, I'm afraid. Mediocre local dishes hopelessly overpriced and way below average by Ningbonese standards. Could have gone to Hanling village down the road or a bit further into Yinzhou for the same or similar dishes at a tenth of the price (and better quality). We felt it was quite an insult and if it hadn't been rather late and we hadn't been starving, we would have gotten up again and jumped in a Didi. My workplace canteen offers similar local dishes at less than 10 kuai/dish (ok, not a valid comparison, I must admit, but even the most expensive local restos don't charge more than 50 kuai either and provide bigger size portions and tastier). The portions were tiny and starters were priced on average at 100+ kuai while the mains, the size of starters, were on average 220+ kuai. Hardly reasonable for some seasonal veggies and 10 tiny rubbery beef cubes. The white wine hadn't been cooled (happens all the time but kinda unexpected if you pay 4,000 kuai a night for a resort in one of Ningbo's prime locations) and it was a cheap bottle priced at nearly 80 kuai a glass. Having stayed in a variety of luxury lakeside venues across Zhejiang over the years, we were pretty taken aback. For me it was the worst value for money food experience during my entire time in China. We loved our suite, the fitness facilities as well as the architecture of the entire resort though. The service was pretty professional and friendly even though hardly anyone speaks English which is surprising given that this place is regularly frequented by non-Chinese speakers from the local areas nearby (and we saw plenty of those for lunch). Also, in comparison to similar properties across Ningbo and Zhejiang, the breakfast was the worst also. Never mind the continental and English style brekkies (sometimes difficult to get right, we get that), even the Chinese dishes were mediocre (such as the soups, fried items etc) which was surprising. Should we return (we practically live down the road), we'll not spend a single penny on food in this place.

AAugust MI recently stayed at a hotel in Ningbo, China, which had a super location close to Ningbo Railway Station. The hotel's proximity to the station made it convenient for transportation. However, there were a few aspects of my stay that could have been better.
The location of the hotel was indeed excellent, with easy access to the railway station. This made it convenient for exploring the city and accessing transportation options . The hotel's proximity to shopping streets and attractions added to its appeal.
Regarding the food, I would described as ”okay” . It seems that there were various dining options available, but the experience may have varied depending on the specific choices made.
One aspect that could be improved is the English proficiency of the reception staff. According to the search results, the staff's ability to communicate in basic English was limited . This could pose a challenge for non-Chinese guests who require assistance or have specific inquiries.
During my two-night stay, I also noticed a strong smell of cigarettes in the room. This could be a concern for those who are sensitive to smoke or prefer smoke-free environments.
Overall, the hotel's super location near Ningbo Railway Station was a major advantage. However, it is important to note the potential language barrier with the reception staff and the presence of a cigarette smell. These factors may be worth considering when choosing accommodations in Ningbo

PPengguna Tanpa Nama我定的49平的露天房間，為什麼要給我換成四角星35平的～而且也不事先告知我們，我提前一週預訂房間，結果是這樣的，電視機還看不了，我調整電視機搞了半個小時，晚上想放鬆看個電影都看不了的，我不知道這1000多塊，我預訂這個房間幹嘛呢？我們花錢找罪受呢？？我同意換房間了嗎？就擅自做主…給我換的房間又小，景觀有沒有我定的360一圈露天景觀的好看，我真的很無語…我們翻山越嶺跋山涉水的一個半小時過來，真的很失望，我男朋友還一個勁問我們定的房間怎麼不一樣，圖片上明明很不錯的，總之，睡一覺是可以，完全沒問題！整個這個操作我實在不能理解…為什麼要把我定的49平換成35平，還説是升級，我真的不知道怎麼升級縮小房間了還！！！真的很生氣這個事情，本來預訂好，安排很浪漫的一個夜晚，搞成這個樣子！！！我男朋友195的身高，床都不夠睡，兩衹腳還露在外面！！！！真的是很生氣，房間晚上又很冷的！！！廁所裝修的也很差！l！真的是太不好的體驗了！！！

EErnst NZThis is an interesting place as it’s old, contemporary style of an area past, dim lights everywhere, traditional wooden panels alongside huge heigh ceilings. It brings back a time of glamour, reminded me of the Titanic in its former glory. Yet the rooms are crammed, I hit my foot twice on the floor bed corner. The staff are friendly and helpful, english is spoken at reception. Would i stay here again? Probably not, as the darkness of the room, ( windows do open slightly) felt depressing. However great location, cross the river and you are in the mids of the city. Ernst , New Zealand
