During the Chinese New Year, I looked up some highly-rated hotels in Ningbo and chose the Beichen Manyue Hotel. It definitely exceeded my expectations! The rooms were bright, comfortable, clean, and tidy. Even though many staff members were on holiday for the New Year and they were short-staffed, the service quality and attitude didn't falter – they were practically perfect! I have to give a special shout-out to their breakfast; it had a wide variety and everything was delicious. Next time I'm in Ningbo, your hotel will definitely be my first choice.

I did expect much from this hotel. But it turned out that the hotel was super clean. Simple and super clean. Way better than my experience in Sheraton hotel in Wuxi.

Counter staffs are very friendly and helpful even they can speak English a little bit. Breakfast was great! There are snacks and fruits, provide in the room everyday. Everything is fine. But it would be nice if there are non-smoking rooms because I could smell some smoke in my room.

A bit far from subway. We have to use didi to go to subway station, the room quite spacious for our family. We also can buy stuff from taobao and send it to hotel🥰

The room was quite clean and well-equipped. I changed my winter clothes and there were no stains on the sheets and duvet covers. There were also many takeout options around the hotel. I originally planned to stay one night, but ended up staying two.

First of all, the staff were very professional and friendly. The hotel environment and rooms were spacious and comfortable, with plenty of sunlight. The breakfast was very plentiful and delicious 😋 The welcome fruit was a pleasant surprise; the apples had a strong flavor and were very fresh. I originally booked a more expensive hotel in the city center for the next day, but there were all sorts of problems. It's true what they say, you don't know the difference until you compare. I'm going back to this hotel right away! 😆

The stay was fantastic! The hotel environment was elegant, the rooms were clean and tidy, and the bedding was as comfortable as home. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and considerate. The location was also very convenient, close to a park and shopping mall, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
