Hotel di Kawasan Indah Tasik Dongqian, Ningbo

One of the most pleasant stays in my life! The hotel is clean and well-maintained, the staff is friendly and welcoming. The surroundings are nice and quiet, and the hot springs are just amazing. The receptionist couldn’t speak English very well when we checked in (which wasn’t too much of a problem anyway), but when we came back to our room later, we found some snacks and an absolutely adorable note with some helpful information from the staff. Thank you for the great weekend! Will definitely come again.

This hotel was excellent. Both the rooms and the lobby were clean and comfortable. The staff member, Jianhao Cui, was very friendly, and his sense of responsibility left a strong impression. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

設計挺好的 一樓書店 二樓民宿 整體風格挺好的 早餐挺漂亮的 可以隨便看書 但總體來説華而不實 但許多細節和服務不是很人性化 1.有個小姐姐講話比較用力 她可能感覺像表現熱情 但總感覺讓人不是很舒服 比如我們前一天約了9:15左右吃早飯 第二天9點下樓 她説：“我們昨天聊的9:15，xxxx”尷尬，我們也不是在聊合同，也沒有要責怪或者催的意思 2.房間內有一些設計不符合日常習慣 掛衣服衣架很少 洗澡出來之後會覺得很冷 整體是地毯 感覺不是很容易乾淨 晚上空調有點吵

This is a very pleasant little bed and breakfast located on the southern end of Dongqian Lake and in the tourist village Hanling. We stayed there for a weekend getaway. The accommodation we booked had two floors: the groundfloor had a sofa and a huge television (it's capable mobile phone broadcasting!) and the top floor featured a good size double bed and a balcony which I enjoyed sitting in when the sun sets. The rooms are clean and you get the usual amenities. So it's a fine place. I would recommend two improvements: the first is to have stronger aircon on the top floor to keep the room cool (albeit it was 40C outside!); and secondly but most importantly would be to install a bathroom door for some privacy otherwise your room mate is going to see you using the toilet!

此次寧波韓嶺之行，邂逅了這家超棒的寵物友好民宿，認識了李白狗狗，上官婉兒貓咪😁 民宿主人那份對工作的熱忱令人動容，她總是樂於和客人暢聊，分享與李白狗狗、小貓咪的温馨點滴。 入住前，就貼心地開好暖氣、空調，連電熱毯都已預熱，騎着三輪車帶着李白到大門口迎接。 住這家民宿太對啦！一進門，屋裡暖氣就給了我超大驚喜。 嗯！這家店的早餐也很不錯，營養搭配很合理！ 民宿服務更是沒得説，從預訂時的貼心答疑，到入住後的各種周到照顧，店員臉上永遠掛着真誠的笑，有求必應。這次出行沒帶上我家那倆小可愛，心裏怪癢癢的，下次來，一定把它們帶上，全家一起感受這份美好。 要是你也打算來韓嶺老街逛逛，選這家民宿就對咯，保準給你超棒的旅行體驗。

位置在景區裏面，會有接駁車來接，很貼心。民宿門口就有一條小河，所以大家帶喜歡水的狗狗還是先別著急鬆開😂不然就會像我一樣得到一條落水狗。民宿工作人員服務到位，給我們馬上拿了一次性浴巾給狗擦水。大大點贊。民宿不管白天還是晚上都環境優雅很有氛圍。房間內部有個不到兩平米的小院，雖然很小但是佈置得不錯，房間也不會悶了。唯一不太好的問題是房間的投影儀有點low，操作不便。

Lovely location and lovely,, large, comfortable, clean room. You step out of the hotel and you’re in the middle of nature, and near a very beautiful part of the lake. The service was great too. They brought fruit, yoghurt, biscuits and drinks as gifts. I definitely want to go back. There were two negative points: the outdoor swimming pool was not open until the 1st July, so I couldn’t use this facility. The information about amenities of the hotel did not put the opening dates of the swimming pool, so this was a huge disappointment. Also, there is a fridge in the room that is really only a cooling box, and didn’t really make the drinks cool at all.

這次超值住到了一個家庭親子套房，真的贊翻了，太開心了，娃也開心，我也開心，還看到了美麗的日落，好漂亮，酒店風景極佳，第二次入住，淡季的好處就是清靜，舒服！還去了韓玲老街，騎了自行車！

民宿位置絕佳，靠近地下停車場出口，過個馬路就是東錢湖，後面沿小路2分鐘就到達美食街和韓嶺古街。 房間乾淨整潔，隔音效果好，早上沒有噪聲，能睡到自然醒。早餐品種豐富，晚上還有助眠飲品。服務員小姐姐態度和藹可親，幫忙推薦餐廳和徒步線路。下次來東錢湖還會選擇山月。

no complaints with this cozy hostel. service is above standard; they actually called me up while i was on my way to ningbo to confirm my booking plus notifying me in case i am unable to find the way to the hostel, they will come out of a spot to lead me in. all meals below are free of charge. i highly recommend the mixed dried noodles as it is their signature of the hostel. love to experience the stay again next time to dongqian lake!
