Hotel berhampiran Meidong Ferry, Ningbo

mixed review. some really excellent points and then some real improvement needed too. excellent: the food and beverage manager and restaurant staff were always friendly and the food was excellent (though I think the price of a beverages is outrageous). the Thai curry is highly recommended. the pools and spa pools are great the room is nice and the whole building is beautiful. a birthday cake and card to celebrate was very special and thoughtful. to improve: the cocktails we're awful each time we tried a new one...the ingredients were listed but not all present in the drink the check in and checkout - first and last impressions need to be improved. check in we didn't receive a friendly smile to guide us to the counter, check out was a long queue during the busy time, more shuttle cars are required, we had several 20-30minutes wait times and guests act a bit silly and selfish, pushing to get on the shuttle bus even when families with small children where waiting longer. it was 40degrees Celsius so walking was not a safe option. I had to call three times to get housekeeping on the first day and was told usually housekeeping only come every second day, which doesn't make sense. I don't need my bed made or towels changed, but I do need the trash removed daily. a bit of a strange policy for a pretty expensive hotel. the play are for kids is nice and the staff are generally friendly and patient. very mixed review I'm afraid.

Staff was not helpful. Needed help from front desk but to no avail. Did not solve my problem. Room Aircon was not working well. Felt stuffy and temperature was hot. Couldn’t adjust the room temperature! I called the front desk for assistance. They send technician to check on the Aircon but again he didn’t rectify the issue. Instead he told me to open the window to get cold air. I do not agree as I have no privacy and it will be quite noisy as the hotel is close to the highway. I requested change of room instead. I have never encounter such unpleasant stay in Langham Place. I used to stay in your hotel in Hong Kong and other part of the world. Zhejiang Langham need to improve on their service. Thank you. 酒店地理位置很好，周邊有地鐵站和幾個商場，即便春節期間吃飯也很方便 酒店服務人員很熱情，有事情第一時間響應 房間寬敞，乾淨和衞生，説幾個缺陷地方 1. 酒店早餐比較簡單，沒有什麼驚喜，建議多備些寧波特色的食品，同時春節期間人流量很大的時候，沒空位，許多人端着盤子乾等 2.房間枕頭偏軟，而且很薄，睡久頭暈，對頸椎不好的人十分不友好 .

No so friendly staff. Not too please with room either, the wash room had a strong pee odor. Glad I had Lysol handy!

Great hotel, conveniently located near a subway station from where you can quickly reach the city center and tourist attractions such as The Bund. The service was friendly and left nothing to be desired. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet with Chinese and even a few western dishes (no coffee, but that’s China). I would recommend the hotel without hesitation.

This is my second stay at this hotel. - Location : Prime location , close to major shopping and dining - Transport access : Though it’s right on yaohang st., but car does not reach the hotel. You need to drop on the main road or in front of Westing and Walk to the hotel. - Breakfast : A wide selection of local and international food options. - Rooms : Very spacious and comfortable rooms . - Amenities : All standard amenities are provided. - Extra perks : Best in town - They offer you wash and iron of your laundry at zero cost. The hotel also offers some bean soup desert in the evening and goody bags with water bottle , tissues and wet wipes . The staffs goes extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction which offsets the few short Cummings. . I will certainly come back .

Very nice hotel with good location. Also convenient to book a car and travel around. A small suggestion to improve on the weird smell emitting from the blanket and pillows. Overall I had a very nice experience staying in Marriott.

DON'T have standard of IBIS. Very close to Gulao station on Line 2. Exit from gate A. Hotel is 3 mins walk away. Location is excellent. Rooms are small. Receptionist was helpful over phone and in person as well. Will recommend for maximum 2 days stay here.

Good hotel located just a 5 minute walk away from Tianyi square. The breakfast area was being renovated when I stayed, so didn't try the breakfast buffet. The room was clean and equipped with all basic amenities. Great value for money!

The hotel is a little bit old, standard facilities, matras is really hard, cleanness is just so so, the positive side is hotel provide laundry room for free and plenty of water bottle
