Hotel berhampiran Wujie Former Residence, Ningbo

前台的工作人員非常熱情，辦理入住手續也很快，特別值得一提的是，當我提到酒店枕頭不舒服時，工作人員立刻為我提供乳膠枕頭，這種細緻入微的服務讓人倍感温暖。房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，床鋪舒適，讓人一夜好眠。酒店的早餐也非常豐富地理位置便利，周邊有許多購物和餐飲場所，出行十分方便。酒店附近就有一站地鐵，去市中心的各大景點都非常便捷。強烈推薦這家酒店，下次再來這裏一定還會選擇它！

The hotel is nice and room are spacious. The location is fine too. Breakfast is more Chinese stile oriented but there is a coffee machine and the coffee is fine. The only issue I had are bites all over my feet and legs by insects. I think it is due to the carpet floor both in the rooms and on each floor corridor.

Чисто, большие номера, метро рядом, есть ИКЕА, но до них надо дойти узкой дорожкой с проносящимися мимо тебя лихими водителями мопедов :) Завтраки хорошие, прачечная чистейшая. Территория вокруг приятная, курортная какая то, спокойная. Хороший отель. Минусы есть небольшие - девочки на ресепшен почти не говорят по-английски, но фразу ”Need to pay” знают хорошо: розетки в номере не подходили для нашей техники (вилки нужны китайские), попросили на ресепшен переходник, залог был как десять этих переходников и оставлять его было нужно в долларах (у нас были только юани, девушка отказалась их принимать и это Китай!!!!! :))))

這次來寧波旅遊，選了很久的酒店，不得不説寧波大酒店真的挺讓我滿意的☺️ 💡酒店的位置很好，處在寧波的市中心，去天一廣場、老外灘這些熱門景點都步行可以到達🚶 📺房間設施也很不錯，房間裏都是智能設備，不需要取電卡，房間也很大，住的也很舒服，可以説是鬧中取靜，窗外的景色也是一美。衞生乾淨，衞生間是乾濕分離的 😻前台小姐姐和小哥哥服務很好，一開始找不到停車位很熱情的幫忙解決，進出大堂都有問好聲耶！有什麼問題都會第一時間幫忙解決，給你們一個大讚喏👍 🍽️因為行程比較滿，起了個大早，早餐種類很多：蒸點、炒飯、粥等等，還有現煮的麪食🍜水果也很新鮮哦 這次寧波之行真的很開心🥳退房的時候小姐姐還會問需不需要帶水，超級貼心呢

Very clean and chic hotel with fantastic location. Staff friendly, helpful, polite, knowledgeable and service oriented; offered water and tea when we taking rest in lobby and when we checking out. And you can enjoy free supper, and free laundry! Wonderful! Comforting and welcoming lobby, we will book Atour again in near future to China😍😍😍

Great hotel. I visit Ningbo very often. I stayed at this hotel several times. I try to book a room with a balcony. Cleaning every day, very friendly staff, there is breakfast, there is laundry and a small gym. The hotel is located in the very center of the city, very close to the train station. Not far from the hotel there is a central square where various shops and restaurants are located. Very close to the historical quarter in the colonial style. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Good hotel located just a 5 minute walk away from Tianyi square. The breakfast area was being renovated when I stayed, so didn't try the breakfast buffet. The room was clean and equipped with all basic amenities. Great value for money!

Great hotel, conveniently located near a subway station from where you can quickly reach the city center and tourist attractions such as The Bund. The service was friendly and left nothing to be desired. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet with Chinese and even a few western dishes (no coffee, but that’s China). I would recommend the hotel without hesitation.

This is my go-to hotel for my business travel in Ningbo area. It is located at a convenient location, not too far from the train station and the city centre, but also easy to access the outer skirt of the city without getting into rush hour traffic. The hotel is clean and the room is spacious. The included breakfast has lots to choose from. The highlight is definitely the service. Each guest is assigned with a private concierge (or butler). Every small request or question is only a text message away. My private butler 卢蕊 was able to bump me into a better room and higher floor, took care of laundry requests and provided me tips to nearby points of interests. Upon my check out, she prepared a thoughtful gift for my journey. It is always a pleasant stay at Kaiyuan.

This hotel had some wonderful review which actually led me to book it for the first time . This was my third visit to the property. Based on my experience over the three visit which were rather lengthy this hotel’s target market is predominantly local market . If compared to their international franchise 4 star peers the hotel lacks in many areas. 1. They offer a good spread of buffet breakfast but the assortment is mostly focused on locals guests . The selection seldom changes. 2. The bakery products offered were not fresh . Found to be cold and stale 3. Fresh fruits were found to be mixed with stale ones , not sure if they used the ones from the previous days . 4. House keeping was not the best , often found coffee-tea cups not cleaned or replaced . 5. Requested for in room complimentary coffee instead of tea . They sell coffee pouches at lobby, but instead they ask me to go down and ask for coffee at the lobby. 6. The small gym does not have any sanitiser tissue to clean the equipment before use . 7. At the lobby they have a cafe which is also the office for the hotel management staff. In the evening the area is completely mosquito infested , difficult to sit even for 5 minutes . 8. The hotel turned off the Cookson’s system , inside room temperature went up to 29 degree C. After repeated request they did something but that also did not take the temperature below 24 Degrees. 9. The hotel needs serious consideration about training the lobby staffs . A simple way to explain is their face is curved in stone . No emotion! 10. They need to review their safety protocol, they sent my guest directly to the room without even asking . For many my comments may not matter for some it may . I have spent almost 10 days on my last visit so I can’t ignore those . The best part of the stay was Mary ( forgot to ask her position). I think she’s the manager . She is the ideal face of a hotel . She has been the most pleasant and supportive among all the staffs at the hotel.
