服務非常好，我在房間裏不小心把腳崴了問前台有沒有冰塊，經理馬上拿着冰塊上來幫我查看傷勢，本來衹是想用冰塊敷下，沒想到酒店那麼細心，除了冰塊以外還把有助與我腳部恢復的葯品都提供給我使用了，現場還親自幫我處理了受傷處，另外期間得知我沒吃飯還給我送了他們的員工餐，還給我點了奶茶，説喝點甜的疼痛會減少，真的非常暖心，跟家人一樣温暖。
