PPengguna TetamuReading with interest some negative reviews ( carpet too thick, not enough choice on breakfast bar) I was in town for a high school provincial curling championship and booked a room at the team hotel. The location was good for us because we had games in North Bay and in Sturgeon Falls. Reception was friendly and efficient. The lobby had a nice ambiance with attractive fireplace and decor. The breakfast bar had ample choice in 3 sections. One included make your own waffles with table syrup, scrambled eggs, grated cheese, mini cheese omelets, vegan sausage patties, and peameal bacon. A 2nd had yogurt, hard boiled eggs, bananas, grapes, apples and 3 cereals. The 3rd had various grains- a crockpot of oatmeal porridge, bagels , multi grain bread, English muffins, banana bread and a variety of spreads. Coffee is always available. Breakfast was available 6:30- 9am but the staff started setting things out early to accommodate our schedule. They were constantly checking and cleaning! Can’t imagine what more they could offer! My room was quiet, immaculate and bright, the bed was comfortable, the walk in shower was large , the water was hot, the sundries were in large accessible pump bottles. The frig is very small. Our team, coaches and a couple of parents had to extend their stay to cover finals and they were accommodated with ease. We all had a great experience and would definitely return

Super clean, comfortable and friendly. The beds and pillows are fantastic, everything is clean and new. Good location and helpful staff. Haven’t tried any other hotels in North Bay but this one would be hard to beat. The only sour note was the standard hotel breakfast included tough overcooked ham and sweet potato hash browns, which is an odd combination. But the staff bend over backwards for you, so no big deal about the breakfast (which is free anyway!)

GGene R JMy wife and I stayed 2 nights, checking in at 2PM. A welcoming receptionist checked my ID, took my payment(included C$50 deposit) while I filled out an auto #/liability form, then received the keycards with the wifi code. We parked in the back and carried our bags up to the 2nd floor. Room #247 was clean, carpeted, with a comfortable queen, couch, and a large window with a forest view behind the parking lot. The bathroom had a tub/shower with quick hot water, soap, shampoo, lotion and nice towels. The medium sized TV had a room satellite guide(Detroit networks, CBC, CNN, CTV, HGTV, TSN, Weather & many more channels). Strong secure wifi, 4 wall outlets and good lighting. We swam in the heated 20’ x 40’ indoor pool/hot tub across from the nice 6 station gym. We walked 850m west to lovely Sunset Park and drove 1.8km north to the large Metro Supermarket. Overall, a quiet night’s sleep.

SSightsee06812398554Nuit du 9 au 10 août 2021 réservé en ligne avec Choice au tarif sénior ou CAA de $94.49 pour un total de $111.04 avec toutes les taxes. Nous avions la chambre 205. Nous avons grandement apprécié le vrai petit déjeuner buffet qui honore la réputation des Comfort Inn. Nous sommes saturés et déçus d’obtenir seulement un petit sac de papier avec le minimum depuis trop longtemps déjà quand le tarif n’est pas ajusté à la baisse. Pourquoi que seulement quelques rares hôtels osent aller de l’avant en offrant les petits déjeuners ? On a beau donné comme excuse que c’est à cause de covid mais après 18 mois, cette raison se digère mal. Nous sommes en droit de nous questionner et de poser des questions. Merci et bravo au Comfort Inn de North Bay pour cette initiative se démarquant de la majorité des hôtels qui ont supprimé temporairement cette option sous prétexte de vous savez quoi. Il y a moyen de faire plaisir à sa clientèle. Dommage que plusieurs Comfort Inn où nous avons dormi depuis mars 2020, n’emboîtent pas le pas dans votre direction quand on entend plus parler de zone rouge et orange depuis belle lurette. Notre chambre était correcte et le wifi fonctionnait correctement. Nous avons quelques photos à vous proposer. Nous recommandons ce Comfort Inn. PPengguna TetamuWish I would have read reviews before booking a room. 1st room was dirty. Fake eyelashes on top of the headboard, filthy bathroom & reeked of smoke (supposed to be non smoking). 2nd room was ok. shower was grungy/ dirty looking. None of us would use it. Thankfully it was only a one night stay. Beds were clean. Staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Will never stay here again and don’t recommend it.

We stayed for 3 nights. It was close to the ******. It was very cheap for 3 people. we had a free hot breakfast and received $10. free play for the ****** every day. Everything was clean. We are already booked for June to stay at the travelodge in North Bay.
