Ulasan Hotel Mahoroba

I have no idea why I paid over 900 bucks USD and get a hotel with no air conditioning system. When you try to talk this problem with the hotel staff, they only said sorry since they cannot speak English and their only solution is to let you open the windows 🙄 The location of the hotel and the size of the bedroom is good, but the service they provided doesn’t fit the price they charged.

great location! it's walking distance from the bear park and jigokudani, with a 7/11 right across the street. the room was spacious and clean. dinner buffet had free flow snow crab and fresh seafood, and there are a variety of baths to choose from in the onsen.

Nice hotel with good location. We can walk to Hell valley and bear park from the hotel easily. And it also close to local shopping street too. Buffet breakfast and dinner have many food including snow crab (dinner).

Old building but clean. Good location for everything. Nice and kind staff. Reasonable price.

its quite complicated to put our guest to stay here. End up paying much more.expensive since hotel is not reachable and hard to communicate by english

Excellent hotel with good service. Not far from the ststoon and sight seeing places. But during our staying there are many visitors

The tatami 10 room was too small for 4 adults. We felt compressed when there was no area for walking after the mattresses were laid down. The service staff knocked our door and came in straight to lay down the mattresses for us, dust flying around during the 5 mins process as they flipped around. There were leftover strands of hair found on pillows, mattresses etc. It is a commercialised hotel, so Liberty restaurant that served snow crab leg dinner buffet looks like a canteen. The onsen has at least 8 pools indoor plus outdoor which was very relaxing that helped to compensate the above.

This is the one of the best hotels we stay in. Everything is very good. All staffs of this hotel lobby front dest are very professional. Specifically, Maaya is very nice. Her bilingual technical provide a lot of help for us and most of foreigners.

The first time to live in this hotel. A small hotel but good location. Breakfast choice is not a lots but good quality. The services are good and it is a ski in ski out hotel. You can also cook your dinner.

The facilities are a bit old, but still a comfortable place to stay

Big and lot of choices for hot spring . Worth to stay. However it’s about 10min walking distance to the entrance of Jikokudani but it located opposite the JR station

The dinner buffet green terrace and breakfast quality were better than I expected. The location was good and there was a shuttle bus to Sapporo TV Tower, so it was convenient!

Had a very good stay. Wonderful staffs.
