Ulasan Hotel Mahoroba

The suite with private onsen was awesome.The hair shampoo was good also for my hair.Just can’t find any facial/skin care product (facial cleanser,face lotion) in the room.But the location is good,the 7-eleven just right in front of the hotel,u can always get something there.And walking distance to those tourist spots.The dinner and breakfast is so-so only, .

Hotel very near to Jikokudani and you can walk around 10 mins. Hotel is old but cleanness and staffs also nice and helpful. They can manage all guests systematically and easily. The best things for this hotel is onsen which have more than 12 bathtub. Very impressive and enjoy in this hotel.

Fantastic experience with 8 types of onsen pools!! Buffet dinner with unlimited crab legs and sashimi completes the experience. Super convenient with the bus stop outside the resort and walking distance to jikudani and the bear park. Will definitely stay here again!

Maharoba Hotel exceeded expectations with its fantastic buffet. The snow crab was fresh and flavorful, and the beef was perfectly tender and juicy. A must-visit for food lovers!

Amazing hotel at Noboribetsu, the onsen just fabulous, and the buffet dinner & breakfast was great. I will come back to stay here again when travel to Hokkaido.

We choose the room with Tatami and the hotel staff will make up the futons from 6.30pm onwards. As we were very tired and arrived at 3pm, we had to do it by ourselves. The dinner, Onsen and breakfast was great.

Location near to bus station and the food is good.

Hotel is aged and crowded. Onsen is superb, many varieties. Dinner is another plus point, with snow crab.

I have no idea why I paid over 900 bucks USD and get a hotel with no air conditioning system. When you try to talk this problem with the hotel staff, they only said sorry since they cannot speak English and their only solution is to let you open the windows 🙄 The location of the hotel and the size of the bedroom is good, but the service they provided doesn’t fit the price they charged.

great location! it's walking distance from the bear park and jigokudani, with a 7/11 right across the street. the room was spacious and clean. dinner buffet had free flow snow crab and fresh seafood, and there are a variety of baths to choose from in the onsen.

Nice hotel, good hot spring and breakfast/dinner. Nice greeting staff upon arrival.

Nice hotel with good location. We can walk to Hell valley and bear park from the hotel easily. And it also close to local shopping street too. Buffet breakfast and dinner have many food including snow crab (dinner).

Old building but clean. Good location for everything. Nice and kind staff. Reasonable price.
