I generally don't write negative reviews considering it is hard to run a hotel business. But i have to give this feedback so that others don't face the same experience. The address given in the booking will not be the place where you will stay. When you call them they will direct you to a different location. The hotel looks good from outside but very badly maintained inside. The rooms are shabby and bad. The door doesn't have a lock. Ac is hiding behind the curtains. So you decide if you want to keep the ac on or close the curtains for privacy. Ac wasn't working. The bed wasn't made, the towel was not washed for months, no water in flush and public toilets are maintained better than this. The shower wasn't working and bathroom fittings would come in your hand. Didn't dare to even unpack my luggage and ran away after being there for 15mins. Called the hotel representative to tell them the state of the place and got a response " sir why did you leave? we would have changed your stay to a nicer room" i don't understand then why put anyone in a bad room. Politely thanked them for the offer but checked into another hotel nearby. Wasted my booking money for 2 nights but i am happy to leave that place.
