Nice Hotel good location short time after the Laos Thai check point. Good bed , large Parking for free . Breakfast is a nice collection of everything.

This was my first time staying at this hotel because someone recommended it. Given the hotel's location and location, the first thing I noticed when I arrived was the receptionist. She had absolutely no service mind. Upon arrival, she didn't even look at me or ask any questions. I had to ask her myself, "Excuse me, is there a room available?" She didn't answer or look at me. When I asked again, she had a sullen expression on her face. I asked her if she was busy, and she replied, "Yes, we are," even though there were no other guests. I was the only one standing at the counter. This meant I couldn't book directly with the hotel, as the staff didn't provide any information. I had to book through Trip.com instead. I then submitted my booking confirmation to the same staff member again. She then checked my booking in the system, offered no guidance, or asked any questions, and, as usual, she didn't even look at me. I was extremely disappointed. Receptionists are the first point of contact for customers, and this left me feeling very disappointed. There are many reviews with similar complaints. The hotel should consider the service of their receptionists.

Conveniently located, lots of parking spaces, spacious rooms, comfortable and quiet sleep, good service from the staff.

It's a good stopover for trips to Laos. It's close to the border with Vientiane and the Mekong River. It's very good value for money. Free parking. We were able to leave our car there for a few days for a parking fee of €4 per day.

Royal Nakara Hotel is near the checkpoint and is convenient to travel to. The room is okay, but the bathroom needs improvement. The hot water doesn't work. You have to shower with cold water. The rating is not good. I'd like to see improvements.

The room is clean and in the city center, very convenient. There is a car service and the breakfast is delicious.

Very unfriendly. They insisted that we pay for the stain on the bath towel when it could be washed. We went up to wash it and showed it to them to prove that it could be washed. Do we have to wash all the furs for the hotel after our stay?
