Opened by overseas Chinese from China, the service is a scam fraud. If you are Thai and Asian, they are rude to you, ignore your booking orders, let for price increases. In the lobby, you can see rats running rampant in the restaurant . This is to attract customers to have breakfast the next morning. If you don't worry rat plague, can stay live better

The breakfast really average, and if you come at 9 ish the food was empty, they won't top up the food, we usually go to 7 11 after having breakfast in the hotel because the food is not enough really pointless to having breakfast at the hotel. I'm not sure why they forced us to having room with breakfast while they can provide enough food. reception Name Ann the only girl at reception really rude, love to yell and talk to you in the bad way, the worst reception I ever met in my life. Luckily the other reception name Thanakryt was nice and really accommodate. If its not for my brother skate training that just 3 min walk from this hotel we won't stay here. Also the staff having meals together with you in breakfast so with really small amounts of food you not just compete with guests but also with staff 🤣😂

The bed is soft and comfortable to sleep in. The air conditioning is cool. The TV has YouTube and Netflix. The staff are good, polite, and smiling. There is a 7-11 near the hotel.

I often stay here when I go to Bangkok. It's convenient and open 24 hours. I feel safe even when I go late at night.

The rooms are very clean, comfortable to sleep, cheap price, soft beds. Have stayed at Bed By Boat many times. Since it hasn't been renovated yet Until now the room looks better. The walkway looks wider, the atmosphere is good, and the decorations are very cute. Plus there's an elevator. The downside is that parking is very little and looks scary. The restaurant is good. When everything is gone, always replenish. The staff spoke well. I would like to deduct 1 star because an employee came to open the room while we were still staying without knocking on the door. At first, staying on the 4th floor was ok, quiet. Continue to book on the 3rd floor. The 4th floor is very noisy. The room's air conditioner is intermittently loud.
