I stayed at the Nordport Hotel for three nights with 10 guests. The Hotel is great, modern, clean, everything needed there. Extremely spaceous rooms very motivated people. Even the restaurant is good enough for a good diner. Breakfast is top. So far so good.. It happened that I returned to my room after first night and found it not made. Well, such things happen, no worries. I went to receptions. A thousend sorries and I got a new room immediately. No further comment, neither from me nor from them. Home I came after second night and found the room not made again. This time, after showing up at the reception I was told by the same nice woman as the evening before, that room cleaning service is done only every third day..!!! Only on special request daily service is provided. I don’t how how green or good this idea is. Fact is that nobody told us, it is also nowhere mentioned in the room or at the reception. During checkout I found that most of my guests (obviously not all) had the same experience. However, same as me, nobody told them a thing. Anyway, 5 points shall be given, I simply loved the place..

Das Ibis Hotel verfügt über sehr saubere Zimmer mit Klimaanlage und Flachbild-TV. An der Sauberkeit der sanitären Anlagen gab es nichts zu meckern. Es war alles sehr sauber. Das Bett war auch sehr sauber und bequem. Die Zimmer können nur mit einer Codekarte betreten werden und sind somit sehr sicher. Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich; spricht mehrere Sprachen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und sehr lecker, kostet aber Aufpreis. Zu den Annehmlichkeiten dieses Hotels gehört auch ein kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz. Ansonsten kann man auch an der Strasse parken. Verschiedene Getränkeautomaten sowie Kühlschrank für Eis ist auch vorhanden. Gesellschaftsspiele waren auch vorhanden. 24Stunden Service. Es sind auch mehrere Fahrstühle vorhanden. Behindertengerechte Einrichtung. Die Innenstadt, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Museen, Kirchen etc. können nicht zu Fuss vom Hotel erreicht werden. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel befinden sich aber in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Hotel. Flughafen ist um die Ecke. BurgerKing, Lidl, verschiedene Döner und Bäckereien sowie Tankstellen befinden sich auch nur wenige Meter vom Hotel entfernt. Leider wurde der bei booking.com angeblich vorhandene Gästecomputer nicht zur Verfügung gestellt bzw. war nicht mehr vorhanden. Insgesamt ein sehr schönes, kostengünstiges Hotel mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Sehr empfehlenswert. Würde dort wieder übernachten, sofern ich in Hamburg bin.

Lovely hotel with large, well laid out and very clean room and common areas. The pool, gym and sauna areas are large, very clean and well equipped. Plenty of space for everyone. Great environmental saving initiatives with room cleaning service. Staff are friendly and very accommodating- in booking office as well as within front house services. Easy access to Hamburg and surrounding areas though a car is useful. Food is good with generous portions. Breakfast has everything that can be wishes for, late dining until 11am on weekends and late check out time at noon are definate bonuses. Recommend for families and couples equally.

Ich war fünf Nächte im Rahmen einer Geschäftsreise hier. In der ersten Nacht hörte ich im Nachbarzimmer das Gespräch bei normaler Lautstärke der anderen Gäste komplett mit. Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr hellhörig. Auf Anfrage bekam ich am nächsten Tag ein anderes Zimmer welches am Ende eines Flügels lag und wesentlich ruhiger war. Das nehme ich als riesigen Pluspunkt für das Hotel. Ansonsten saß ich an der Bar und wartete 15 Minuten bis überhaupt jemand kam, es war ansonsten fast leer. Insgesamt alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen mit einem Charme der siebziger Jahre. Für meine Zwecke insgesamt okay, aber eben nicht überragend.
