Quality Inn - Norman near University

Ac was broken took multiple days to fix. TV didn't work for that long either. Was questioned about the people in my group when I was there for a softball r for my daughter. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Unfortunately, our room had several issues that made our stay disappointing. Most concerning was the door handle, which did not work properly. The door could not be securely locked, and when it did lock, the handle got stuck so it could not be opened again. This was not a problem when we were inside the room since there was a security bolt and latch, but we could not secure the room when we left bc we would not have been able to get back in to our room. So we had to leave the door a crack open when we left the room as well as take our valuables everytime we left. I asked the front desk to address this but unfortunately nothing was done. The room also had an unpleasant smell, and there was no tray or proper holder to use for brewing the in-room coffee. Overall, these issues made the stay uncomfortable, and I hope management addresses them, especially the door lock for guest safety.

No complaints. We got 2 rooms for one night with our kids and friends. Very clean and safe with plenty of restaurants nearby

We stayed here last year for a couple days. Last year's experience was much better. this year the room smelled musty. Staff was very friendly.

DO NOT STAY HERE. 1. Our King room was missing the couch/furniture. All we had was a bed, nightstands and desk. There was nowhere to sit other than the bed! When I complained the first day they said they would inform management. When I asked again the second day they said they were waiting on management, I informed them I expected a large discount. Upon checkout they said I needed to address my concerns with management yet they wouldn't provide me any contact info. 2. They did clean our room even though the cleaning person was two doors down from our room when we left and we told her it was ready for cleaning. That night the front desk said we needed to request it in the morning. When I pointed out they did not inform us of this when we checked in they did not care. They provided us with fresh towels and they had holes in them!! We again expressed our frustration. They offered that I could go find another hotel and they would credit that night's room. GO FIDN ANOTHER HOTEL AT 6PM WHEN IWAS THERE FOR A GRADUATION STARTING AT &PM! AND ALL HOTELS WERE SOLD OUT FOR GRADUATION! 3. Breakfast was the worst I have ever had. Powdered eggs and muffins that were stale.

Very friendly staff, good location to campus and restaurants. Comfortable beds. Wish i would have found earlier in my travels to Norman

Staff was friendly, room needed to be wiped down/vacuumed/hair on the floor, air conditioning worked, hot water.

Good overall. Facility appears to be recently upgraded. Rooms were clean, A/C was good, linens and toiletries were good, breakfast was good, location was convenient, and staff was polite and helped solve several problems. When we checked in and accessed our assigned room, there was already someone in it. Our second room keys did not work originally and had to be reprogrammed. All these unexpected problems required a trip back to the front desk with armloads of our belongings. New TVs had been installed throughout the hotel, but when we went to relax for the night we discovered ours had not been programmed yet. A working ice machine was not available on the second floor. Our room window was extremely spotted and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. These issues kept the rating from being excellent. But we did have a clean and safe place to stay for the night.

The hotel was relatively clean .. we did notice that the room didn’t appear to have been vacuumed recently as there were noticeable bits of trash on floor. Biggest take away that was a bit disconcerting was that twice we were given room keys .. went to the room… opened the door, and someone else was already staying in that room. On the 3rd try someone from the front desk walked with us to the room.
