Hotel berhampiran Rite Aid, North Brunswick

Check in and out was simple. The location was great. A lot of food/drink options close by. Bed was comfortable but walls are paper thin. Kept getting woken up by people in the rooms next to ours.

酒店在幾條公路的中間，就像是環島一樣，旁邊都是公路，高速下來就是酒店，方便還是蠻方便。剛開始安排的房間樓頂有設備，太吵了。和樓下小哥說了一下，馬上安排了新的房間。房間裏的設施還是比較齊全，有微波爐，冰箱，餐具，適合幾天休整的。裝修比較新，沒有異味，房間也比較大。旅途路上的中轉站！

This is a good hotel. I saw a lot of reviews that it was noisy due to proximity to I-95. I got an even number room that is away from the road. However there was noise from the people above probably due to how thin the floors are. You can’t fully close curtains to blackout. The fridge in room was pretty good size. TV is small. The fitness center is okay and has a few machines and weights. Pool is fairly small and has some lessons while we were there. Breakfast was fine. Website advertises EV plugs but it was this third party vendor with some unusual connections that I couldn’t use on my Tesla.

Well maintained (for the age) hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Excellent service from front staff and great housekeeping.

Everyone was nice and polite, clean rooms excellent breakfast, perfect ambiance. I will definitely stay again. 🙂

During my recent stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Edison-South Plainfield on February 17th, I encountered a situation that significantly compromised my comfort and trust in the Marriott brand, known for its cleanliness and customer service standards. Finding a bug in my bed the following morning was not just a major inconvenience; it was a distressing experience that highlighted a serious lapse in hygiene standards, which I had never expected from a Marriott establishment. Despite promptly reporting the issue and the staff's quick action to change my room, the emotional distress and the inconvenience of relocating, which consequently made me late for an appointment, seemed to be lightly regarded by the management. The offer of a mere $20 credit towards my stay was, to say the least, disappointing and felt dismissive of the gravity of the situation. Such a response does not align with the level of guest satisfaction and service excellence I have come to associate with Marriott. I had hoped for a resolution that would genuinely acknowledge and compensate for the discomfort caused, such as comping the affected night's stay. This would have demonstrated a true commitment to guest satisfaction and potentially restored my faith in Marriott as my choice for future lodging. The manner in which this incident was handled raises concerns not only for my own experience but for future guests as well. I urge the management to revisit their approach to such matters and to adhere more closely to the high standards Marriott is known for. The importance of immediate and appropriate action to address and prevent such incidents cannot be overstated. I share this review in the hope that it will prompt a reconsideration of my case and lead to measures that ensure a cleaner, more guest-focused experience moving forward. Marriott has always been a preferred choice for many because of its reputation, and it's crucial that such standards are upheld consistently across all properties. 가격 좋습니다. 다만 아침 조식 부페가 제공되지 않아 당황했어요. 평일이라 그랬던것 같아요. 대신 메뉴에서 고를 수 있었어요. 아쉬운 음식 빼고는 나머지는 다 좋았습니다

I stayed at this hotel many times before, I always like the this hotel before this stay. This time I felt the hotel is not as comfortable as before, such as no trash can at bathroom, so I need to use trash can under desk after floss, after using a piece of tissue paper, etc., the shower head looks good, but is not working properly, very frustrating. No “Do not disturb” door knob sign for guest to use, instead, cleaning staff knock at door about 7:30 at morning, I appreciate daily cleaning service, however, my upset experience was been waking up to answer “not now please”. Bedding is comfortable, clean; lobby staffs are friendly. Warm cookie at check in time was yummy.

Live here for about 3 weeks. Very clean, and the service is really good. A big gym has various equipment is an advantage. Nearby are Longhorn, Walmart, and liquor stores. I rent a car, and besides the hotel is a gas station, very convenient for me.
