Apart from the facilities, the hotel is fine for a 3 stars. The facilities are dated, they are spacious and has a good balcony view of the lake. But every time one walks into the room to you have the strong old carpet smell from cigarettes smoke. The gym equipments are really dated and some of the dumbbells have rusts on them. Equipments looks like a last century gym.

It was a good stay. The only issue is that the hotel needs to update itself. For example the plugs need to be changed in the rooms. Bathrooms need some refreshing up as well.

Good experience for family and children. So much entertainment along the hotel, many places to play with our child, great food, great infinite lift experience. Thank you

Good for nominal stay. Good location in Jakarta. Staff is friendly.

I was very fortunate to have been upgraded to a junior suite. It has a little kitchenette area for heating things. Great bed. Slept well.

Room is spacious and value for money. Great choice for travel to exhibitions hall.
